Chapter 5- Alarming News

Sakura doctor's outfit

I intend to make Sakura look like what she does in the manga. I don't believe having a perfect body makes you more beautiful, Sakura already is. I just personally think Studio Pierrot did her design an injustice by not making her look like what Masashi Kishimoto initially intended. I had to crop out our dear Sasu-cakes.

Sakura rushed towards a battle field drenched from the pouring rain. Panic strikes her when she saw the dead bodies of her friends laid out on the ground with endless puddles of blood surrounding them. She crashed down on her knees and sobbed with the heavy rain drowning out the sounds of her screams. She got up on her feet and ran looking for anyone that is still alive. Sprinting towards the maze like tunnels she saw blue light shining from further within. Running towards it she met with a gruesome sight. Sasuke lifted Kakashi with one hand around his neck and the other pierced through his chest using the chidori. Sasuke turned to look at her with a stoic stare. Her vision blurred with the color red and the only sound she heard was the deafening bird-like noise coming from his chidori. The only thing she heard that signaled her body to react was her sensei's last words.

"Run Sakura...."

Sakura darts in the opposite way earning a dark chuckle from Sasuke as he throw his former sensei onto the ground and stalked after Sakura. She kept running and turned corners in the tunnel structure hearing the heavy footsteps behind her getting nearer. She almost ran into a door and decided to hide in there. The place must have been a hideout before. Locking the door from the inside she backed away leaning her body unto the wall and letting out huffs of breaths and sobs. The footsteps seem to stop and place became quiet. Sakura placed a hand over her mouth to avoid making any form of noise. She assumed he walked off somewhere else until she saw his purple rinnegan peering through a crack in the door staring back to her. She let out a loud yelp, crouched down on the ground  and proceeded screaming after he started breaking down the door pieces at a time. There were no other windows or exits in the room, it was only a matter of seconds before he got her.

As he was about to bang the door open Sakura woke up in a pile of sweat from the nightmare.

"Just a dream" she muttered.

Trying to calm her fastened heart beat, she wiped the sweat off her forehead with her hand and reached for a nearby window to let some cool air in. The room temperature became hot and her silk sheets were not helping. Sakura decided to get ready for her day. She wore her similar red top, a new black fitted skirt and her normal high inch heel.  She plaited her hair a bit and tied the middle letting it flow out. After she was done, a knock came from the door. She paced towards and opened it revealing Aito. He blushed at the sight and looked down embarrassed.

"Lord Uchiha, asked for your presence when you're ready."

Sakura walked out and closed her door,"I'm ready."

She walked down the halls with the clicking sound of her heels and stares from the male guards. She entered into the room after the officer asked permission. Even during the day time his office looked dark. Sakura saw a pair of rinnegans examining her. She shifted uncomfortably before he told her to take a seat. She sat down opposite of him looking at the amount of paper work laid out on his desk. Sasuke noticed the Hyuga's symbol around her neck while glaring at her in a questioning stare. The zip on her top starting going down cause of her bust as she madly blushed and zipped it up again. Having a large chest came as a blessing and a curse. She quickly glanced up at Sasuke embarrassed but saw that his eyes were strictly on hers. At least that was one thing good she can say about the man, he was no pervert.

He starts shuffling around among the papers and handed her a green clipboard with lists of papers that appeared to be the schedule. He suddenly gets up and walked to the door. He glanced back at her,"Follow me."

She did as told and walked out of the building by his side. The awkward silence hang in the air as neither of them tried to strike a conversation. They made it to a minimum sized white building that appears to be the hospital. Walking in there were countless stares and whispers from many people. They walked up flights of stairs until meeting a large office door.

"This is yours." He said briefly. Sakura opened the door and looked in. There was a desk, office chair and a coat rack sided by it with a single white doctor's coat hanging. Behind the chair was a sliding window looking out on the village. An average sized bed was placed at the side evidently for medical examinations of patients. She nodded and noticed a familiar unwanted face. The man walked up to the pair sending an amusing smile at Sakura and adjusting his glasses while his white ponytail flowed side to side with each step he toke.

"Lord Sasuke, what do I owe the pleasure of you being here?" He smiled at his new leader.

"Kabuto, I assigned Sakura to be the head while you step down below her." Sakura stood remaining silent and pressed the clipboard to her chest as the men talked.

"I see, as you wish." Kabuto knew better than to question Sasuke's decision besides he was aware Sakura's medical skills are superior to his.

"See to it that you make an announcement to the staff about the change." Sasuke said. Kabuto slightly bowed and nodded walking off leaving them together. Sakura slowly walked into the room placing the clipboard unto the desk and slipping into the coat.
