Y/n's POV
I walked into the crowd where I was saw many business owners and CEO's. My family made sure that if I was their last child then they would go out with a bang. My parents have always trusted me with their business and what lies beneath it. Just being here isn't all too new to me. What is new is that I'm here without my parents. "Y/n?" I turned around and it was a grown man. "Um....hello? And you must be..." I said and waited for him "I'm Sebastian. A friend of your parents. They're not here this year?"he asked and I nodded my head "they had a meeting to attend to" I said and he nodded his head. "Come with me for a second" he said and led me to some women.
"I'd like to introduce you to these women. They're big CEO's of many companies. I'm sure your parents said you'd be running into them somehow" he said and walked away and left me with them. "Hi. It's nice to meet you two. I'm Y/n Hill" I said and they smiled at me. "I'm Sasha and that's Angelica" the blonde one now known as Angelica said "come sit" Sasha said. "I'm assuming you're young? Younger than both of us actually" I nodded my head "I'm 17. My parents have me more involved with their. Business. I'm actually not gonna be in his lifestyle when I'm older. I'm more into modeling like my older sister" I said and they nodded their heads "your sisters Taylor Hill right?" Angelica asked
"Yes actually" I responded "why don't you want to do business?" Sasha said "It's not my thing. My parents have probably thought about forcing their lifestyle on me before I was brought into this world. I'm pretty sure I remember my first word being percentage rate" I said jokingly "all jokes aside...this life isn't for me. I'm not used to all this high expectation stuff." I said and they nodded their head. "Y/n, Angelica, and Sasha care for a photo?" a man said and we nodded our heads. "I'll send those to you right now" he said after shooting some pictures. After a while I had gotten up and walked around drinking some champagne they had in glasses.
"Ms. Hill I've been looking for you for the last 10 minutes" Regina said "what is it Regina?" I asked her and she showed me her phone "Theres a girl inside the Residence as we speak" she said and I recognized her. "No need. I've spoken to my parents clients already. It's time to cut this party short. Where Harry?" I asked "I'll grab him. The car is parked out front for you." She said and I nodded my head and walked outside "Hey what's going on?" Harry said while getting in the car "there's someone at the house" I said "who?" He said "it's hard to explain. I just didn't think they'd come over here...REGINA! Who gave her the address?" I asked her and she looked at me
"I don't know Ms. Hill. I have an idea of who might have. Your sister" she said and I rolled my eyes "of course. Of fucking course" I said while playing with my bracelet. I stared out the window the rest of the night while Harry and Regina talked "we're here Ms. Hill" Regina said and Shawn opened my door. "Where is she?" I asked while stepping out the car "in the living room being watched by the guards" he said and I nodded my head and walked inside with Harry, Regina, and Shawn. "How the hell did you get in here? Matter of fact who brought you here? Better yet...why are you here?!" I said and she turned around "don't be so hostile Y/n" she said
"Avani I told you to stay in California. The drama needed to die down" I said "and it has. I never even got a message or call" she said while sitting "I'm so sorry I didn't think that calling my long time best friends was less important than someone who I haven't even known a full year." I said "calm down. Now...what are we dressed up for?" She said "Me and my friend Harry were just at a gala...you know before your little interruption" I said "Shawn I want her escorted off the property immediately. I will book you with my family's jet and you can return to Cali" I said and she shook her head "nope. It's pretty boring there" she said "well it's pretty boring here too" I added and she looked around the place
"Really? Doesn't seem like it considering Harry here has a whole glass of champagne with him in his hand that your butler is pouring him" avani said and I rolled my eyes. "Whatever. I just finished business and now I'm hoping that's the only business I've gotta deal with" I said while looking at Regina "yes Ms. Hill. You may now do what you want for the remainder of your stay" she said "fantastic. Avani I will be needing you on that jet before the end of this week and I mean it" I said and walked away to my room. ——————————————— Avani
