-1 Week Later -
"Simon! When's the last time you actually sat with us at lunch!?"
Talia whined.
"Talia, it's been a week. Plus, no-ones stopping you guys from joining me."
Simon said.
"Simon, we can't just come and sit there with you."
Freya said, as if she were stating something obvious.
Ever since JJ invited Simon to sit with him, he ate lunch with JJ's friends. At first he was quite shy, and didn't say much, but he's come to learn that even if they were a loud, obnoxious group, they were still nice people.
"Look, I'll sit with you guys today, I promise. Anyway, break is nearly over, so Talia, let's go to English."
"Bye."
Freya said.
"See you at lunch."
Simon and Talia then headed to their English class.
As they walked in, Simon and Talia say at their usual spots.
"Hey Vik, how are you?"
Simon asked, sitting down.
"I'm alright."
Vik shrugged, as the teacher walked in, with a new boy.
He was tall, way taller than their tiny English teacher. He had blond hair, styled up, and blue piercing eyes.
He scanned the room, then stopped when he looked at Vik.
Simon looked at Vik, to see he was staring right back.
Simon started smirking.
"He's hot isn't he?"
Simon said, nudging Vik.
"What!?"
Vik whispered harshly.
"Everyone, this is Lachlan. Lachlan, this is class 11E1. Would you like to say a bit about yourself?"
The teacher asked Lachlan.
"Hi, I'm Lachlan. I moved from Australia about a week ago... and I'm really into gaming."
Lachlan smiled, introducing himself.
"Ok Lachlan, where should I put you..."
The teacher muttered looking around the class.
Simon looked at Lachlan, then at Vik, and an idea popped to mind.
"Oh, Miss, Lachlan can sit here. I think it would be good for him to sit here so he can... see the, erm, board clearly."
Simon said standing up.
"How thoughtful! Ok Lachlan, sit next to Vik."
The teacher smiled.
"What are you trying to do!?"
"No problem mate. Have fun!"
Simon winked at Vik, gathering all of his stuff.
He scanned around the room to find the only empty spot, next to a kid he'd never seen before. He looked as if he didn't give a shit about this class, and he was poking holes in his rubber.
"Hi, I'm Simon."
Simon introduced himself to him, sitting down.
"Yeah, I know mate. We've been in the same English class for 2 years now."
He replied, not looking up.
He had a very prominent jawline, black tussled hair, brown eyes, and he had a strong Gordie accent.
"How comes... I've never spoken to you then?"
Simon wondered aloud.
"Dunno."
He shrugged, going back to abusing his rubber.
"Do you not pay attention in class?"
"Sorry, I didn't know you were a teacher."
He said sarcastically.
"Who are you?"
"Will."
He said holding out his hand.
"Ok, then."
Simon laughed taking his hand.
- Time skip to lunch -
"That was the longest English lesson I've ever had!"
Talia groaned, sitting down with Simon, where Freya was sat.
"It wasn't that bad."
Simon shrugged.
"Yeah, because all you were doing was talking to that guy."
Talia retorted.
"Who, Will?"
Simon asked.
"Oh so that's his name."
Talia said.
JJ (Third Person) :
"So, JJ. You've only got the weekend now. The deadline's on Monday."
Freezy smirked, confident that JJ wasn't going to win the bet.
"Yeah, I swear you two haven't even kissed yet!"
Callux said.
"Well I'm going to kiss him today because after school I'm going to... have a party!"
JJ exclaimed.
"Ok, apart from us, who's actually going to turn up?"
Ethan asked, raising an eyebrow.
"You kidding me right!? Everyone's going to want to go to my party!"
JJ said, as if he were stating the obvious.
"Yeah, sure. Who's coming then?"
Tobi asked.
"Um, well I was thinking it to be more of a 'hangout' just between friends."
JJ said.
"Oh, so just us and Simon then?"
Josh asked.
"Yeah... you can bring some people if you want. I'm guessing Vik's gonna want to bring that guy over there."
JJ said, nodding his head in Vick and Lachlan's direction.
They were sitting down together, talking in their own little world.
"Yeah, Vik definitely has the hots for him."
Harry confirmed.
"Simon's friends can come too."
JJ added.
"Great, but most importantly, will there be booze?"
Josh asked.
"I can arrange that."
JJ smirked, making the other guys cheer.
"Alright, let me fill Simon, Talia and Freya in."
JJ said, standing up.
This is definitely going to be a fun night.
