"No, malignant cancer tends to be more life threatening."
Simon corrected, looking over JJ's shoulder as he wrote his notes.
"Huh? Whatever."
JJ shrugged, pulling up google on the computer.
"What are you... oh."
Simon said disapprovingly, watching JJ click on a link to 'Coolmath Games'.
"What? Don't act like you're not tempted."
"I'm not. I care about my grades."
Simon said stubbornly, hiding the fact that his was slightly tempted.
"So do I! That's why I'm playing maths games."
JJ grinned.
Simon scoffed as he went back to doing his work.
After a couple minutes of silence, JJ spoke up.
"Simon, do you like raisins?"
JJ asked, trying to hold back a grin.
"Not particularly."
Simon replied, frowning at the odd question.
"Ok, how does a date sound to you then?"
JJ grinned, making Simon look at him in confusion.
"...Ohhhh."
Simon said, smacking his face.
"That's such a shitty pick up line."
He said, laughing at how cheesy it was.
"Oh, as if you could come up with better!"
"I bet you just googled that!"
"No..!"
JJ lied, hastily exiting the 'Top 10 Pickup Lines' website.
"Anyway, is it a yes or a no!?"
He asked.
"Despite the fact you asked me in the worst way possible... yes. A date seems nice."
Simon agreed.
"Aren't you still grounded though?"
Simon asked.
"My dad's going to be at work for the whole day, so I'm good."
"Ok. Where are we going?"
"Don't worry, it'll be nice! But I need to double check what time I need to pick you up."
JJ said, starting level 1 of 'Run 3'.
"I need to ask you something else too."
"...This isn't a cheesy line again is it?"
Simon asked, raising a brow.
"No! I just wanted to know if you know who Jean-Claude Van Damme is?"
"I don't think so. Why?"
"Because Jean-Claude Van Damn you're hot!"
"Oh. My. God."
Simon covered his face, slightly blushing.
"Ha! You can't deny that that was a good one!"
