The lesson dragged on for what felt like hours and hours, I zoned out half way through, thinking about the physical therapy Session I have to go after school.
They were always so tiring and in all of the 10 years I have been going, nothing has changed, I still can't feel my wings and I have lost hope of ever flying.
All of a sudden, I was brought back to reality by the teacher calling on me.
"-imin, JIMIN!" The teacher was raising her voice slightly now, I blink a few times and turn bright red as I felt everyone's eyes on me.
"Pardon?"
She sighed and asked again.
"I asked you to solve this..."
She pointed at the board, to a fairly easy question. I was relieved and stood up, walking to the front, my wings drooping down near my feet as I was solving it in my head."Fix your posture boy! Hold your wings up, they're drooping like a zombie's." She said infront of everyone.
I made eye contact with her and discreetly tried to pull them up with my hands, locking them in place with the metal brace that was hidden under my feathers. She looked confused but let it slide. I picked up the chalk and solved the problem in record time, she smirked.
"Wow, great job!" I gave a small smile and quickly walked back to my seat.
*ring,ring,ring!*
Finally! The lunch bell rang and I started packing up, getting out the new book mrs Choi picked up for me.
I walked to the playing field and got comfortable on the bleachers, letting my wings droop back down as I loosened the brace.
The bento mrs Choi gave me that was meant to be for breakfast was still in my bag so I took it out and ate the rice, the rest was cold and a bit stale so I chucked it in the bin and went back to my book.
After about 2 minutes, I heard laughter and looked down over the side of the bleachers to see the group from this morning walking to the gliding/running track. They usually trained at lunch as well.
"What?!You got new Nike's?!"
"Yep, haha!"
"No fair!"
"I got them for Christmas, calm down!"
Tae was sulking because of Jin's new top of the range running trainers that looked like they had cost a fortune,
they probably did.BTS's success is probably partly helped along by constantly receiving the best possible kit and training facilities, they all have super rich families and they get new stuff almost every week. Shoes, clothes, bags, you name it, they have it.
To be honest, I think they are all just spoiled brats who have some talent on the running track, but then again, the only time I have ever talked to them was this morning and they didn't seem so bad.
Anyways, I'm probably never going to talk to them again so there's no point arguing with myself about it.
I watched them change their trainers from normal ones to weird ones with spikes on the souls, I assumed they were to grip the track better.
"Ready, set,GO!"
Said a pre recorded voice on Joon's phone.I watched in amazement as the boys suddenly switched from fun and games to serious and competitive in a fraction of a second. They turned into colourful blurs as they picked up speed, wings flapping behind them, propelling them to speeds I thought were impossible to reach on foot. In the end Kookie beat Hobi by a toe and everyone else came in at the same time.
"Good race bro."
Hobi said in a breathless voice to Kookie who downed half his banana milk in one go.
"Yeah man, your catching up to me!"
They did a few glide races and after a while, sat in a circle and filled out a daily report on their improvements then got up and went to the shower blocks.
*ring, ring, ring!*
Looks like their going to be late for history. Their in my class for this subject and they aren't ... that bad, lets just say that the academic subjects that require brains are... out of their comfort zone.
"Taemin?" "Here miss!" "Jijoon?" "Present!" "Jimin?" "Here miss!" "Taehyung?" The teacher sighs after a short silence,"those boys, every single time..." Just as she finished her sentence, the 5 boys sprinted in and bowed to the teacher.
"Sorry miss, it won't happen again!"
She sighed again and rolled her eyes.
"You said that on Monday, sit down!"
"Yes miss."
The lesson started and I felt my eyes starting to close. Just as I was about to drop off, the teacher said something.
"I want you to work in pairs for a project coming up soon! Find a partner today and I'll explain next period!"
I sighed at the thought of finding a Partner. I don't talk to anyone, I just keep to myself. The teacher saw my face and added,
"Or you can work on your own if you really want to." We made eye contact and I smiled, she smiled back.*last period*
Ugh! This has been such a long day.
I just want to go home and relax but I have my stupid PT appointment.Science passes quickly because I'm amazing at it and before I know it the last bell rings and everyone packs up, filing out of the classroom.

Sweat is pouring off my face as the nurse keeps throughing a ball at my wings, I'm supposed to hit it back but no matter how hard I try, I just can't get my wings to move.
I'm sweating and tired from all of the different exercises I have been forced into in the last 2 hours. I can finally go home!
