I left without saying anything, I just hoped into a truck and drove away. I know that it wouldn't be long before someone noticed, but I just had to hope they would understand. I had to leave, I needed to get home. So I did the only thing I knew I could do, I started to drive. It wasn't till I got the border that I realized I didn't have a plan. Just after I crossed the border my phone started to ring.

"Hey Nicole where the hell are you, we searched everywhere, your sled and one of the trucks is gone. Where did you go?"

"I am down in Seattle now, I have to get home." I just hung up the phone, I didn't want to talk to the guys right now.

I stayed in Seattle that night, and when I woke up I saw a text, it read "Cole we are coming now, meet us in the Seattle Miller house at 10:00" it was from Dylan. Ryan's parents had lived in Seattle their entire life and when it came to Ryan learning to dirt bike and trying to become part of the pro circuit they said they weren't about leave. So Ryan left by himself.

"Cole you scared us all half to death." Ryan said as I walked through the front door.

"Nicole I need to talk to you, in private." Dylan said pushing his way through the guys. I just nodded and fallowed him.

"Nicole I don't know why you left, but you should have at least told me because I thought the worst, considering what I know about you. Now why did you leave?" He sounded concerned.

"My brother is not going to make it more then a week and I dind't know what else to do."

"God Cole, you could have told us, we already knew he wasn't going to pull through this, this time." He looked down. "That was the point of this trip, we didn't want you there when he was having to go thought all of his procedures, but then we got a call this morning that he was too sick to have any, and when we were told that we should have know the day before we were shocked. But I knew that this was all too much for you and god I'm not even making sense right now I'm so upset and scared and I don't know what to do." Dylan just layed down on the bed.

"We will work this out, maybe we both just need time to calm down. My mom said we can come home tomorrow and then say what we need to say to him one last time." I started crying at that point.

He just took me into his arms and held me, and we didn't move for hours.
