Palak and Joon walked into the room, laughing.

"If we had stayed there any longer, they would have fought each other to death," Palak said while giggling.

"You know, you're pretty when you smile," Joon said, looking at her, staring her in the eyes. A stare that would give any girl butterflies in her stomach.

"Oh." Palak became uneasy inside. He's just messing with me, she thought. "Thanks?"

Joon laughed. "I mean it."

Palak shook it off and said, "Well, I'm going to get ready before I sleep. I'm gonna sleep on the floor, just making sure."

"If you sleep on the floor, I'm sleeping with you," Joon teased. Now Palak was really confused. 'Is he flirting with me or is he just being nice?' she thought. She ruled it out, thinking that 'he wouldn't flirt with me, I'm his sister's best friend.'

"Okay, okay. I'll sleep on the bed. But I'll feel bad for you sleeping on the floor. You can sleep on the bed too. I have no ill intentions, you know that. It's just like July and Jacob." She didn't let him protest, as she took her suitcase to the bathroom and changed into her clothes. As she finished and walked out, she nearly screamed and turned away.

"Chill out, it's just my boxers," sad Joon, as he was putting on pants. Palak cooled herself down and went to go sit on the bed, still walking backwards in an attempt to not look at Joon again. Joon laughed and said, "You're so extra, Palak."

"It's who I am, babe," replied Palak, with a sarcastic wink.

"Say that again."

'Say what again?"

"Babe," replied Joon, sitting down on the other side of the bed, shirtless.

"Oh my god, if you play-flirt with me one more time, I will kill you. And wear a shirt for good measure."

"I don't wear shirts when I sleep. And who in the world said I was playing?" said Joon with a smirk on his face.

"I wasn't lying." Palak took her pillow and started smothering his face with it. He pushed her off and started hitting her with the pillow, left and right. Palak decided to do the same, and soon, they were pillow fighting. In less than 10 minutes they were exhausted, and dropped back down onto the bed. "We need to sleep, we were the ones driving the whole time, anyways," reasoned Palak.

"True. I guess I should say goodnight then."

"Goodnight, sir Joon." In about 10 minutes, Palak was fast asleep. But Joon wasn't. In her sleep, Palak started to move closer to Joon's side of the bed and ended up sleeping right on top of him, hugging his toned body. Her hand felt cool on his skin, making him flinch. She definitely is a heavy sleeper, he thought. He placed his arm around her waist, and in no less than 5 minutes, her face was 2 centimeters away from his. He raised his hand to move a strand of her hair back from her face, and Palak moved a bit. That caused Joon's face to heat up out of nervousness. She's so pretty, he thought, looking into her eyes. Ever since she became friends with July, my life has changed. For the better or worse? I don't care anymore. She let out a small snore, and he pulled her closer.

"I like you, Palak," Joon whispered, and quickly pressed his lips against her soft warm ones before drifting off to sleep..
