I know I don't have that big of a platform. But I will still speak upon this topic that is affecting our world today. I cannot stay silent.

Racism has been around for centuries, so why hasn't it been fixed yet? What is the difference between a human and another human besides their personalities and physical attributes?

Melanin is not something that can distinguish respect from disrespect between your fellow humans. IT IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR YOU TO SHAMELESSLY MURDER OTHERS.

I, myself, am not a part of the African American community, but I am part of another minority. I fear stepping out of my house to face racist slurs and insults, and I even fear going to the grocery store with my parents to get food! Simple daily tasks like this shouldn't be something citizens are afraid of.

And with all of these events happening, I can't even look at police in the eye since I fear they might take it as something completely out of its true intention. The police force is supposed to be a work force we can trust to protect us, yet, all I've been seeing are policemen assaulting, and even killing others.

We will never stop protesting until we see change. A POSITIVE CHANGE.

So please, even though you are not in a place to attend a protest, USE YOUR DEVICES AND SIGN PETITIONS. DONATE. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT.

I'm sorry to get aggressive, but is just so aggravating that we still have to go through traumatic historic events today. I'm tired of it, and I'm sure many other people are too.
