Virgil's POV
I look up to see Thomas. Wait, what?!
Why would he help me? Whatever, he probably just did it out of pity.
"Virgil??? Can you hear me??" Thomas asked me concerned.
"Oh, yeah I'm fine. Thanks... I guess."
I said embarrassed, I can't believe I just had an attack infront of Thomas.
I mean, it could have been worse.
If that happend in front of the lightsides, they would probably make fun of me or pitty me. "So... Are you okay or...?" He asked awkwardly.
"Uh, yeah. I'm fine." If I had a dollar everytime I said, "I'm fine." then I would still be alive and rich.
"So, why are you here? Did you need something?" He asked me sounding kinda confused. "Oh, yeah, I just wanted to ask if you talked to Patton?
Real life Patton?" I tried to stay calm and collected, but probably sounded weak. "Oh! Yeah, he said he was okay. He said he's been sad about his friend, but he accepted it, kinda. He didn't tell me anything else though, so it was kinda weird." ...
"O-okay, thanks, see ya."
I managed to whisper before sinking out. I just needed to get back to my room, now. I didn't even realized that I had backed myself in the corner of the room. I didn't know how to react.
I was pretty much just shocked, and... hurt??? I couldn't tell. He still thinks about me, or, is "sad about it".
He "accepted it, kinda"??
What does that even mean?
It means, HE DOESN'T CARE!!!

That's how the rest of the day was, from 12pm all the way to around 10pm.
I just sat there alone with silent tears streaming down my face, the voice just yelling at me the whole time.
