btw i just wanna say(because it wasn't very clear) the chapter5 preview was a dream Virgil had.
Chapter5 he was having a mental breakdown for many reasons, but the dream was one of them.

...

Well. All I see is black. My thoughts are racing, trying to make sense of something.

'Why do i keep having these dreams?'

'Do the other sides go through this??'

I am starting to freak out a bit, but for some reason, I feel calm. This isn't normal, right? I mean people don't experience this on a daily basis. Then again I'm not really a normal person- woah.

Out of nowhere, I'm sitting on a bench in a park. It's a calm nice looking park. It all looked really familiar, yet I couldn't figure it out. Then I finally recognized where I was. Hannah's favorite park, it had cherry blossom trees for miles and a huge lake that was almost the same color as her own eyes. The main reason that she loved it though, was the fact that not a single person went to it. Alot of kids were too scared of rumors, and the adults were too tired to do the twenty minute drive. It was always a long walk, but Hannah loved it, so she didn't care. If she was happy I was happy. (Plus she was older so we had to do what she wanted)

It was a little strange, I was here, alone yet, it was like someone was here. "Um, I'm literally right next to you." "What?! Who..-?" "Hi!!!"
"H-Hannah..?"
"What did ya miss me? You're really boring y'know? We've been sitting here for, like, fifteen minutes."

Time skip brought to you by V being sentimental. Kinda weird isn't it?

"..and that's how this all happened!!"

"So... You're telling me you aren't dead?"

"Yeah!"

"...but you're not alive either...?"

"Um. I guess. When you put it like that it sounds kinda depressing."

"How long?"

"...Ever since you became a side."

"I really wanna be mad, but I missed you too much."

"I missed you too..."

...

"Can I leave yet? How long have I even been asleep?"

"Oh, uh, yeah.. like an hour or two. Also, don't forget this!"

"What is it?"

"A necklace, dumbass!!"

"Ok, yeah, but-"

"See ya Virge. Also good luck with what you wake up to!"

I woke up and I was laying on the floor, it was just a dream right??
I just passed out, my head didn't hurt though... No it was just a dream. I looked down at my hand to see a small necklace. It was a black string that could somehow connect back together if broken. (Probably her weird magic or whatever she was talking about) The string had two small charms on it, one charm was a black and white checkered rose. The other was a dark storm cloud with an ever smaller lightning bolt below it. It had all different shades of black, purple, white, and a really faded yellow. There were alot of little details, even our initials were engraved on the back. 'H.S.' and 'V.S.' Talk about the queen of symbolism.

"Thanks.."

Little did he know, that necklace had more to it.

Wait am I breaking the fourth wall? Oh no, she's gonna kill me..

Okay I'll admit, the story's getting a little cheesy in my opinion. Either way if you people are enjoying in, then I'll try my best to continue onward!!!
