Louis: you never expected that your son was gay. He was captain of the football team and had a cheer leader girlfriend. One day he comes home from school telling you he broke up with her. When you ask why he says, "well i like someone else. Mom and dad i have something to tell you..." he grows pale. You go up to him and give him a hug' "You can tell us anything. We support you baby'" he forces a small smile. "I'm into boys," he states. Louis cracks a smile and the two of you hug your son. You ask, "so who is this guy you like??" he spends an hour telling you about his high school crush.

Liam: your daughter comes home one day crying. Someone told the school she was lesbian and she was very up set. You go and sit with her and say, "baby, it doesn't matter what they say now. You can prove them wrong later right?" she grows pale. "Actually i probably couldn't mom. I do like girls. But i didn't want anyone to know," by this point Liam is on the floor with both of you. He says, "Sweetie, be confident on who you are and no one can hurt you. Just be yourself and who knows, maybe a girl at school is crushing on you!" you smile at Liam's encouraging words and your daughter comes home the next day happy and out.

Zay: you and your family (zayn, two daughters and your son) were eating dinner talking about your days. Your daughter asks, "mom, dad, you know how i've been going out on those dates recently?" you both nod. "well how would you feel meeting who i have been spending this time with? At dinner tomorrow?" she asks and both you and zayn nod with a smile. She says, "there is one thing you have to know... Its a girl," you and Zayn both smile. He says, "I can't wait to meet her. And i'm assuming you care about this girl if you're inviting her to meet your parents," she smiles looking at her food. You tell her, "I'm proud of you baby but I wish you told me sooner! You,re my daughter your dad and I will support you either way," she smiles.

Harry: you and your family go to the beach one day. Your sixteen year old daughter is wearing a little white bikini watching everyone at the beach. You see her check out a guy but her eyes wander to a girl who must be a school friend. She makes her way over to her friend while you and Harry sit and tan. Your daughter comes over telling you she was going to go get sone ice cream so you give her some money. A few minutes later you make your way towards the bathroom but when you open the door you see your daughter and her 'friend' snogging. You blush and after your daughter catches your eye you exit the washroom. You make your way over to Harry and say, "you would never guess what i just saw. Wait here she comes now!" your daughter comes up to you two and she sits beside you. "well i had something to tell you but mom already knows..." harry looks to you confused and you tell him "our daughters les" with a little smile. She says, "im not les.. Im bi," you look at your daughter. "I'm fine with that but thats not an excuse to be snogging a girl you just met!" Harry bursts out in laughter and says, "(y/n), do you not remember snogging on our first date?" you crack a smile and the three of you laughed together.

Niall: you always secretly expected your son liked boys a little more than girls. He always played with girls and gossiped like one. During his second year of high school him and one of his best female friends are talking in the kitchen while you prepare dinner and he says that a boy in his gym class is a hunk. You spin around on your heals smiling at him. He knows there will be a talk during dinner. That night when the three of you are at the table you look towards your son with a nod of encouragment to tell you what you've been waiting for. "mom, dad, im gay!" he blushes and looks at the table as Niall almost chokes on his dinner. His surprised look quickly turns to a happy one and you look to your son and tell him how proud and happy you are for him.
