The sunny weather didn't suit the foul mood Arlo was in as he strolled through the courtyard. For his first day at Wellston Private High School, he was extremely underwhelmed. The school, despite its esteemed visage, had an ample supply of substandard students. He'd at least expected there to be more elite class and higher to fill the majority of the student body. Of course he knew that elite and high-tiers only made up 14% of the population, but, wasn't this supposed to be a cluster of high-rankers? If Arlo wanted to surround himself with average citizens, he could have been enrolled in any high school. He wanted to learn from the best though, from those of his caliber. If anything, his daily life was filled with ordinary people. Arlo though, sought someone unordinary.
