The Slytherin common room was hidden away in the deepest part of Hogwarts, after a short talk from our prefect Naveen we all headed up to our assigned rooms.

I pushed open my door to see five four poster beds, each coated in emerald green bedding and silk pillows.

I spotted my trunk at the bed furthest to the right, I opened it up and began to unpack when someone entered the room, I spun around to see a boy with dark parted hair stumbled in, he quickly regained his balance before turning to me, he chuckled then gave me a smile.

"My names Flynn, guess were roomies" he smirked, placing himself in the bed next to mine. I held out my hand and cocked my brow.

"Jack Frost" I grinned, he gripped my hand firmly and shook it, before re adjusting himself on the bed and we spoke for hours on end until we dozed into a deep sleep for the remaining few hours before breakfast.

I'm already down in breakfast with Jane Belle and Rapunzel when the Slytherins strolled in late. I tried to pay no attention, and poked around at my waffles, until I was informed a certain red head was staring at me.

My head snapped around, the first set of eyes I met were bright green, Hans. He shoot me a look before doing a slightly sympathetic wave and winking as he walked away. I stuck my middle finger up and sneered, but quickly dropped it when I met a second pair of eyes.

They were a soft blue, and belonged to a fluffy white haired boy. He was talking to a boy with slick dark hair parted into slight curtains, he turned away from the boy and glanced around the hall before until he saw me, he instantly grinned which took me by surprise, I thought being sorted into Slytherin would pull him away from me and Hiccup, I began to smile and waved in his direction before turning back to Rapunzel.

This breakfast was better than anything I had ever imagined, any food you could dream of it was there on the table right in-front of you. I soon heard a bell ring around the room as owls began sweeping through the windows, dropping parcels and letters to certain students. A Tawny owl dropped a letter into my lap before flying across the hall and back out the window. I tore it open and removed the paper from inside, it had my family's seal in a crimson red, printed on the top left corner as it read;

Dear Hiccup,
How are things holding up at Hogwarts? We hope your getting settled, glad to see your carrying the family legacy in Hufflepuff! Kind souls are always the ones with the strongest bite, never loose your courage in a crowd. We miss you so much, don't forget you can always go to Ruff and Tuff If you need anything!
