"I hate waiting in airports. It's filled with white ladies who never get to their flights on time." muttered Louis with his arms crossed over his chest, and Harry quickly swatted the boy's arm to get him to be quiet, sending an apologetic look towards a lady that fit that description as she walked past. She scoffed and stuck her nose in the air, forcefully pulling her bag along and pretending like she wasn't just running down the hall. "Am I wrong, Harry?""No, but we shouldn't say those things when they're near." whispered Harry sternly, but Louis just threw his head back and laughed like it was the funniest thing in the world.
Harry grinned wholeheartedly, loving how he could make Louis laugh because it was really cute just like him. On their way here, Louis fell asleep in the car since it was about 4am, and he had such cute sounding snores that Harry nearly pulled over so that he could pay attention to it, but they needed to be on schedule and that would just be weird. "Do you think that your parents will remember me? Do you think your sister will? What if they forgot? What if they don't like me?"
"One, it's just parent. She divorced my dad a year back, so I don't really see him anymore. Two, she remembers you quite well- screamed when I told her about it over the phone. Three, I don't really know how Gemma feels-" Louis looked pale-stricken for a split second, but Harry relieved him by taking Louis' hand in his own and squeezing it like he usually did. "Breathe. She's probably just as excited as my mum. It's hard to dislike you, you're too lovable."
"Am I really?" asked Louis, his mood lifting only a little.
"Now you're just fishing for compliments." said Harry jokingly, looking at their joined hands and biting his lip so that he wouldn't smile too hard. He didn't have time to be questioned by Louis about his obsessive blushing, knowing that this type of stuff would have to wait until a better time came.
"Now boarding Flight A." said the voice from the speakers above their heads.
They were Flight B, so they watched as people lined up, ready to board the plane with tired eyes. Louis rubbed his eyes and leaned his head against Harry's shoulder, quietly humming. "Harry, did you bring any Uno cards? I'm bored."
"Pretty sure I have some in my backpack." responded Harry, pulling his bag into his lap, careful not to hit Louis in the face with his elbow as he unzipped it. "Huh, that's funny. I thought I packed them."
"Nerd." said Louis with a snort, causing Harry to roll his eyes and zip his backpack back up. "We have to board in an hour, so I say we get to know each other more. What's your favorite kind of porn to watch?"
Harry splutters on his own spit and he blushed furiously as Louis started laughing really loudly, attracting attention from people walking past them. "Louis–!"
"Mine is the riding kind. It's great." said Louis bluntly, still laughing when he saw Harry put his face in his hands.
Now he knew what Louis watched in his free time back at the dorms, how posh. He wondered if Louis ever thought about them doing sexual things when he watched those kinds of videos, but then scoffed because yeah, right. Harry was a sack of shit compared to Louis, so the possibility was useless.
"Do you think they have more than pretzels on the plane? They're so dry." said Louis with his eyes closed, his words coming out soft due to a sudden wave of sleepiness. "And the salt will make my stomach ache."
