"Andrea, wait. I'm going with you." Slade called as he ran after me. "Why? I'm just going hunting. I'll be back soon." He shook his head. "You seem to get kidnapped when you go hunting." I shrugged "Thats fair." We kept walking, looking for anything to eat. We stopped by a stream to get some water and rest. We had been out for about half an hour and I still had the sedative in my system so I got tired quicker. Slade kept glancing at me like he wanted to say something but couldn't or didn't know how. I turned to him. "What?" He looked at me and hummed. "You keep looking at me like you want to say something but can't and it's driving me insane. What's wrong?" He shifted his weight from foot to foot and looked down. It wasn't like Slade to be nervous, so I got worried. He took one step forward and got on one knee. "Andrea Queen, I have known you for two long years and you have stayed with me through it all. Through near death and easy days, through destruction and beauty. I loved you since the day you tried to kill me. So I'm asking, will you marry me?" All I could do was nod my head yes and stand there shocked. He pulled a ring out of his pocket, the one from before but this time it had a copper ring around it. (Like the picture above) he slid it onto my finger and stood up. He picked me up and spun me around kissing me. "Oliver is going to kill you, or, try at least." Slade laughed at my comment and replied. "I already asked Oliver. You Ms. Queen are mine. Now lets go find breakfast then we can tell Oliver and Shado." Today was a good morning.
