The next 3 months passed with Samuel pulling away from me again. To say it was annoying was an understatement. We went from talking one day to him ignoring me for 3 days, to talking 2 days so he could ignore me for a week, and all this back and forth was driving me insane.

"Still not talking to him?" Gina asked as we sat for lunch. Samuel walked by saying a quick hey to her before leaving.

Gina being the genius she is, figured out I liked Samuel during the week we took pictures.  I denied it for a while, and at the end of that month I couldn't take lying to her anymore, so I spilled. She was super supportive, the exact opposite of Nicky, and unlike Nicky, Gina promised she'd get some dirt on him for me. I told her it was no need, but she brushed it off easily.

"Nope. It's going on 4 days now." I sighed pushing my spicy burger in her direction.

"He does realize there's only 2 more months of school right? When's he going to realize he's madly in love with you?" She asked. I couldn't tell if she was joking only cause her voice held no humor.

"He's not madly in love with me." I retorted causing her to giggle.

"Sure whatever you say, princess. Hey remember about that whole dirt thing?" She asked with a big smile.

"Yeah, what about it?" I huffed out pulling my long hair into a loose ponytail.

"Well I know a girl who used to date him. She knows a lot and I asked her if she could meet up with us." She said proudly.

"Only one problem with that, I don't want anyone else to know I like him." I groaned rubbing my face.

"I told her we're getting dirt for a friend that likes him but is too shy to just up and ask herself. Problem solved." She said waving her finger like it was an imaginary wand.

"Thanks Gina,  I really can count on you." I said with a small, grateful smile. She was honestly an amazing friend and I couldn't have asked for better.

"That's what fairy-god-mothers are for, darling." She said smiling sweetly. Her being a fairy-god-mother was an understatement,  she was so much more. She was willing to do anything for me, and the feeling was mutual.

"When are we meeting her?" I asked curiously. To say I wasn't looking forward to the meeting would be a lie, especially if it held a solution as to why he's ignoring me.

"After school at that table." She said pointing to the table in the far right corner of the room. I nodded as the bell dismissing us from lunch rang.

"Okay." I said feeling my stomach ball in nerves.

Did I really want to do this? The answer was simple, yes. Only thing is I knew I might not like what I hear, it could be something I might not care to know. I kept mentally crossing my fingers all day. I didn't want to hear a simple 'he ignores you because he's not interested', that would hurt.

As the final bell went off letting the whole school out I snook into the teacher's lounging buying myself a Coke as I waited for the crowd to clear. When the coast was clear I headed to the cafeteria.

As soon as I got there Gina was barely approaching the table while another girl was already seated. I pushed my lenses up on my face and marched over feeling my stomach tug in every direction.

The girl sitting there was super pretty. She had a dark complexion, honey brown eyes, and thick black curly hair pulled into a tight ponytail, slight front pieces framing her face. Her lips were plump with a pink tone, and her lashes were thick and curled to a natural perfection.

"Hi, I'm Isabelle." She said with a friendly smile.

"I'm Gina, this is Milly." Gina said pointing us out. Isabelle shook our hands quickly.
