[Season 2] Quest, Shower, Cuddle, Repeat

Aqua: "How did we get here—WAAAAAA!"

A monster with two heads grabbed Aqua and held her, shaking her around like a maraca, which I had to admit was sort of funny.

Aqua: "Hebebebebebebe—help me!"

Y/N: "I'm trying!"

Just to shorten it down for the sake of keeping you all entertained, this was essentially a quest gone wrong: I underestimated the two-headed creature and now it held Aqua with its big, meaty claws, angry that some weird adventurers woke him up.

Aqua: "Kill it kill it kill it!"

Y/N: "I'm trying goddess, but he just keeps getting bigger!"

That was the problem, every time this monster received damage it got bigger, so, I decided to think of it like a balloon. The bigger it is, the more chance there is for it to pop.

Aqua: "My head, it hurts!"

Y/N: "I'm almost there..."

Every stab and hit made it bigger, as well as more tired, so I started focusing, preparing my final attack.

Y/N: "Take this, Aether Thrust!"

A blue aura started surrounding the tip of the lance, and like Megumin's explosion, the landscape got darker as the lance went right through the monster, making a hole bigger than the weapon itself. The creature dropped Aqua so I ran away and found cover behind a tree waiting for...

FLWAP!

The creature imploded, it's green blood splattered all over the floor and on Aqua. She was all wet and gross now, it made me not want to carry her back to the mansion.

Aqua: "Mwaaaa! I'm all gross now..."

Y/N: "Relax, just take a shower when you get back."

Aqua: "Hug me! Hug me!"

Y/N: "H-Hey, I don't wanna get dirty as well!"

Aqua ended up "sharing" the sticky blood with me while I carried her back home since she was constantly crying until I actually decided to listen to her. Even though I liked doing this sort of thing with her, getting lathered in monster blood wasn't exactly in the list of things I wanted to do.

After getting in the bathroom, I let the goddess shower first, being a guy sort of compelled me to let the lady go in first. Some seconds passed before Aqua slightly opened the door, tapping my shoulder. I turned to see her not wearing any clothes, or at least that's what I thought since the door was covering her body and Aqua herself was quite flustered.

Aqua: "W-Wash my back, will ya?"

Y/N: "Why are you stuttering? What, are you a perverted goddess or something?"

Aqua: "Just do it!"

She seemed serious, so I slowly opened the door, allowing Aqua some time to cover herself with a towel.

Y/N: "Is it okay if I take out my clothes?"

Aqua: "A-And you think I'm the pervert?"

Y/N: "Fine, I'll shower after. Here."

Aqua sat on a chair as I started scrubbing her back, also adding in some massages after all the very hard work she did today, which was barely anything compared to what I had to do. But if all of this helped Aqua feel better, then I guess it was worth it.

Aqua: "T-Thank you for taking care of me..."

Y/N: "That's what friends are for, now finish up so I can take a shower as well."
