[Season 2 Finale] Aqua Moves In Her Own Way

3rd Person POV

The slight breeze from the AC which had been turned on all night due to the intense summer heat was making the curtains sway slightly. A girl with beautiful blue hair and an attractive body wakes up, yawning because she was still somehow tired.

She checks the clock that sat on her nightstand, it reads 8:47 am. The girl realized she woke up late and might not get to school in time. She jumps out of her bed, running around her bedroom and dressing up as fast as possible. When she was done, the girl grabbed her bag and ran, hoping to at least arrive before her first class started, but that seemed impossible.

"Hey!"

A guy rode a bike, looking just as desperate as the blue-haired girl to get to school. The girl looked to see him offering her his hand.

"Hop on!"

Without thinking twice, the girl hopped on the bike, and the guy sped up, sweating because of how much weight was added to the bike. When he got to the school, he put the bike where it was supposed to go, then greeted the girl while they kept running.

"What's your name?"

"I'm... I'm Aqua."

"That's a weird name. I'm Y/N."

Aqua: "Wait, how did—"

The two of them stopped running when they realized they arrived in front of their classroom, because they were in the same class.

Y/N: "Huh. Strange. Come on."

The girl, whose name was Aqua, sat through the entire class with a confused expression because she couldn't remember what had happened the day before or how she even got there. All she knew was that she went to school. When it was lunchtime, she approached Y/N, who was using his phone since he didn't have any real friends. The girls in his classroom found him average and the guys thought he was boring, so his school life pretty much sucked.

Aqua: "Hey Y/N... I'm Aqua."

Y/N: "Yeah, I know. The girl I helped earlier. What's up?"

Aqua: "I don't know. This whole thing doesn't feel right."

Y/N looked to the side for a second before looking at Aqua, realizing that the people around him felt weird to him.

Y/N: "You're right. People haven't talked to me the first day of class. Or ever."

Aqua: "I think that's just because you're unapproachable."

Y/N: "Hey!"

Aqua: "But you're right. They look odd. What do we do?"

Y/N: "It's not like we can do anything—"

"Good morning!"

A small girl salutes Y/N and Aqua, wearing an eyepatch and a cat pendant around her neck, she introduced herself as Megumin. Aqua points at her, as if she knew her from somewhere, but Megumin doesn't respond, she just starts laughing nervously and shows her a video in her phone of her fifth grade self playing around, shouting explosion and other weird things.

Megumin: "People recorded it and it was uploaded online. I had months of popularity where people found me cute. It was weird!"

Aqua: "I-I see..."

Aqua still felt odd, knowing that the viral video wasn't why she knew this little girl.

Y/N: "Aqua, can you follow me?"

Aqua: "Y-Yeah! Let's go find out what's wrong."

Megumin: "I'll follow you guys too!"

Y/N: "Sure."
