After the embarrassing tumble I took down the hill I lay at the bitten fro a few minutes until Aiden had made it down the hillside, he extended his open hand to me and I grabbed on so he could help pull me up. Once I get up we started walking through the dark wood and I quickly sensed that these men are not at ease in fact this was the jumpiest I had ever seen them, when I asked what was so alarming to them the only response I got was a grunt from Darragh who's eyes were constantly scanning the forest for any sign of danger and a "shhhhh" from Aiden who was leading our group. We had just been alerted we were almost at Diarmuids layer when there was a rustling in the bushes and all of us froze, well that's not quite true Conner and I seemed to be the only ones who's curiosity had peaked so we both headed slowly toward the rattling bush when out jumped a pure white unicorn with a horn so gold and bright it would have made Epona jealous
"GET AWAY FROM THAT.....THING" fletcher screamed immediately, but it's like I was being drawn to it, when Conner heard fletcher it's like he was broken from a trance and he jumped away from it, i however slowly cautiously walked all the way up and put my hand out to pat her, she gently rested her muzzle in my hand and I walked around to her side, grabbed a piece of mane between my finger and flung myself over her wither and onto her back, this fear wasn't that hard as she was a bit smaller than my cart horse, and I could get on my cart horse with ease. When I get on her back it's Like we instantly had a connection, the men were less scared of her but more wary of I, I guided her carefully beside the men as I wasn't sure where we were going exactly. We walked for about another half hour after we met the unicorn, who I named Boudicca after the famous Scottish warrior queen, when we got to the cave entrance I hopped off Boudicca and followed Kaltain down the winding pathway. Only two of us were supposed to be in here at a time and I trusted Kaltain wouldn't share my secrets that I told him and Diarmuid. When we got down to the cave I met a man who could be more the 25, like the rest of the men I had met on my journey, he had ice blue eyes and gold hair, I told the story of what happened to my siblings and about the dove, his answer surprised me to say the least.
"So let me get this strait, a white dove dropped this letter Into your hand and flew back down towards the sea" he questioned
" yes and the note said to find you, have you heard of this kind of thing before?"
" I haven't" he replied with a kind smile before turning around and reaching for a map on a shelf "but my father had" he said pointed to a spot on a map that was labeled Tír na nÓg
" i think your siblings have been taken to Tír na nÓg by one of their warriors
" but Tír na nÓg is a myth, the land isn't real" that's not entirely true he interrupts, " I am a person of myth and yet I am here am I not,
" yes I suppose your right" I murmur " but there is one thing I don't quite understand why did he leave me, he clearly saw me"
"That I also find weird, but I sense a great change in your future" he said walking to the shelves behind him and putting the map back
" so can you take me to Tír na nÓg, and if so when"  I question looking back at Kaltain who was watching the whole interaction curiously
" I can take you there, and I will take you first thing tomorrow morning, now you might want to go to bed, I have spare rooms and a spot in my stable for your unicorn." He says, I turn to look back at Diarmuid and thank him only to find that he had slipped into the shadows like how a minnow slips through the reeds.
