TRIGGER WARNING
Ash's POV
I wake up in the middle of the night to hear Katie screaming, "No mom, Stop! I'm sorry!" She has tears streaming down her face. I sit up immediately and shake Katie awake. She wakes, sitting up. I hear a knock on the door and my mom comes in. "What's going on? I heard screaming."
Katie shakes her head, "Sorry ma'am. I had a nightmare, I'm fine now. Thank you."
My mom nods and shuts the door. I ask if Katie is alright and she shakes her head. "Can I just take a bathe please?" I nod and grab her a towel. Katie heads to the bathroom and I hear the water start.
45 minutes later.
I start pacing the floor because Katie hasn't come out yet. I don't want to bother her but I'm worried about her. I don't want to see her get hurt. In 15 minutes if shes not out here, I'm going in. I whisper to myself.
Katie's POV
I head to the bathroom and immediately turn the tub on. Adding bubble, I strip myself naked and get in. I grab my razor. I start crying again and make a slow and deep cut. I make a few more until I cut too deep and a lot more blood, more than usual, flows out of my arm. I get out and wrap a towel around me until I get dizzy and quietly call for Ash, I black out.
Ash's POV
I hear my name quietly and go to the door. I knock and no one answers. "Katie, I'm coming in."
I slowly open the door and see Katie laying on the floor in a pool of her own blood. I call for my mom as a grab a towel. I wrap it around her arm. My mom comes running in and calls 9-1-1 immediately after seeing what happened. Everything after that is a blur.
