Lincoln-

Noah shoots me an apologetic look, "Arabella Grace Kennedy. Calm down." He tells her holding her panicked gaze.

"Fine!" She yells, not very calm, she storms out of the room knocking a book off the shelf. She's got a strange accent.

"Sorry about my cousin. Arabella's had a hard time adjusting. Her brother is abroad and she's a long ways away from home." Noah explains, "I'll leave you top pack your things. You're right next door and to the right."

He walks out the door, I first change out of my pajamas into a blue polo and a pair of jeans before throwing my things back into the duffle they came to me in. I pick up the book and flip it open. Loopy cursive greets me. (Picture to the side)

January 22, 2011

Today is the longest day of my life. I just found out that I have to move to London to live with my cousin and uncle. Today is the big moving day. I'll leave everything that's familiar and sit through three train rides, one airplane, and a five hour cab ride. Just to get to London, where I don't want to be. Matty's lucky. He's in Arizona studying abroad. He's studying to be a... I'm not quite sure. He's double majoring in international communications and something else. My only other problem is school. I refuse to uproot from my school. I've grown up with these kids. Jake Greenly for instance. Best friend ever. Mallory, Danny, and most of the student body at Breckenridge Academy actually. It's a boarding school. For ages 4 to college. I'd stayed in the same room since I started there.

I was just a bit shocked to find out that I had to leave. I mean the only time I was ever at home was on holidays when the school closed. Summer break and the month of December. June, July, August, and December out of the school. I don't really know what happened to my parents. No one is telling me anything. Its kinda making me freak out. Even Matty isn't talking. And he's an open book.

"Is that my diary?" Busted.

"No..." I answer slowly.

"Why are you reading my diary?" She asks.

"It fell on the ground when you stormed out. I picked it up and..."

"Started reading it." She finishes.

"Yeah." I admit.

"Can I have it back?" She asks. I hand it over and she holds it against her chest both arms crossed over it. "Now could you please leave my room?" She asks me.

I don't say anything else I just grab my bag and walk out of her room.

"Linc, leaving already?" Henrick asks.

"Apparently." I answer, "Caswell put me in the wrong room." I begin, "His niece wasn't too happy about it."

"There's a girl living under this roof?" He questions not sure if he's excited, upset, or just curious.

"Yeah, and she just about ripped my head off for being in her room, which by the way, wasn't my fault." I tell him.
