The Drive: Part 15

He starts the car and starts driving before he answers my question.

"Please don't record it Kylie" Thomas said

"That wasn't part of the deal Thomas" I say jokingly, he looks at me quickly with puppy dog eyes. "Stop don't make that face" I say he turns his head and laughs to focus on the road then looks at me again making the same face, I sigh then I say "ok fine Thomas I won't record it, just keep your eyes on the road" I say making him laugh.

Then I notice he takes a wrong turn. "Thomas you took a wrong turn" I say laughing, he just smirks and replies "Did I Kylie... oops" I just laugh and so does he.

Thomas is driving away from my apartment and going in the wrong direction "Where are we going" I ask "It's a surprise" he pulls up to Barnes and noble. "Yes!" I say he just smiles and laughs.

He parks the car, I am about to open your door and he says "Stop I'll do it" I pull my hand back and he quickly gets out of the car and opens my door. I hop out and say thanks while laughing at the same time.

We walk in and I instantly walk to see a book I published sitting there, Thomas notices me walk away and he follows me. He is right behind me now looking over my shoulder to see what I have in my hand. I look up at him and showed him the book and I point at my name, I never thought my book would be in barnes and noble. You squeal in excited "Sorry I'm just super excited!" I say embarrassed "You never told me you wrote a book" "Surprise!" you both laugh.

He grabs one of my books and says "I'm getting this" he takes it and walks away so I can't take the book out of his hands and put it back on the shelf. He looks back and smirks at me and goes to look for other books. I go look for some books also.
