(elijah as a baby above)
Today was my day off, I get to spend all day with my precious baby boy.
"Mamaaa" I heard his sweet soft voice yell from his bed. "Yes baby?" I said in walking into his room seeing his long hair messy. I brush back his hair while he mumbles tiredly to me what he wants for breakfast.
"Come on, mama will fix you pancakes, eggs and bacon, kay?" I said getting him up out of bed.
As I walked down the hall into the living room, he followed me holding on to my hand. I Sit him down on the couch, kissed his for head and put some morning cartoons on.
As I was cooking breakfast I thought about Jackson, debating if I wanted to call him or not. About 20 minutes later I finished cooking the food and I put Eli's plate aside and cut up his pancake into tiny pieces.
"Come eat eli" I yelled softly. He came running in and climbed into his booster seat ready to eat. I sat down next to him and eat my breakfast as well.
"So what do you wanna do today Lijah?" I said waiting patiently for him to swallow his bites
"well mommy I wanna go and go play at the park" he said smiling with syrup around his mouth, I couldn't help but laugh and just gaze at him. "Okay well after you take a bath we'll get dressed and drive to the park, okay?" I said smiling at him. "Okay mama" he said. "And tonight how about Chucky Cheese" I said watching his eyes widen. He got down out of his chair and squeezed between my legs, hugged me while letting me know I'm the greatest mama in the world.
After we finished eating I gave Elijah some apple juice and I went to start his bath. "Come on papi" I said to him softly. He hurried in the bathroom and got his clothes off, put them in the hamper and hopped in the tub. "I love you mama" he said smiling really hard at me. "I love you too papi" I kissed his cheek and I wet his hair, it began to curl up.
After his bath I got him dressed and got a shower myself, I got dressed grabbed my purse and we were on our way. We got into the car and I made sure his car seat and everything was good. I got in and we drove about a 10 minute drive to 'Northview park and recreation'. He let out an excited yelp as I parked and unbuckled his seat belt.
As I watched him play as I called the number on the card Jackson gave me. A deep groggy voice answered the phone.
Hello ? He answered
Hi Is the Jackson? I asked
Yes, Jelissa? He asked
Yeah if this is too early I can call back later? I said reassuringly
No its fine! He said excitedly
The conversation went on as he made me laugh, complimented me, telling me how he awaited my phone call.
What are you doing tonight?
Taking Eli to Chucky Cheese.
Can I tagg along?
Sure! I said giggling.
As we said our goodbyes and hung up, I felt the excitement run through me.
We left the park and went home. Elijah fell asleep on the couch next to me. I dozed off too.
A couple hours later I woke up and it was 4:30.
Elijah woke up and went potty and I made us some sandwiches.
We ate and then fixed ourselves up and left out to head to Chucky Cheese.
We get there and Jackson beat us here, Just looking at him made me swim in my panties.
"Hello there beautiful" he said embracing me in his nice muscular figure. "And is the the infamous Elijah that I hear about" he said looking down at Elijah. "Yeaah!" Elijah said as he smiled at Jackson. "I'm your mommies good friend Jackson, Nice to finally meet you" he said shaking Eli's tiny little hand gently.
As then night went on, we looked like a perfect happy family. I just wish Eli's father was around so we could be like this. Jackson ran around and played with Elijah all night. It was time to go as I carried an exhausted Eli back to the car. I buckled him in and shut the door.
"Hey tonight was great" I said turning around Jackson standing next to me.
"Yeah it was fun" he said gazing into my eyes
"Wanna come back to my place and have a drink?" I insisted
"I'd like that" he said nervously
We got back to my place as Jackson held the door open for me while I carried Eli to his room, I Slipped off his clothes and slipped on his jammies, kissed his for head and cracked his door.
I walked back into the living room and Jackson was sitting down on the couch.
"You're so beautiful Jelissa" he said standing
"Thank you Jackson"
I Went to pour us a drink.
We drank and became a little tipsy.
Then it happened.
