An apology that will never be accepted
A forgiveness that will never be granted
A regret that will never be acknowledged,
A pain that will forever remain.
You'll die a little everyday like this,
That knife pierced too much
That betrayal took so much
The blood that never clotted,
The wound just runs too deep.
You'll have to live forever like this,
There are scars which will always remain,
There are some scars that never heal.
