After we got out the shower my phone started to ring. It was my ma so I had to answer it.

"Hello Hay Ma " I said

"Baby. (Starts To Cry) Your Brother. He Hee Hee...." she said sounding frightened

"He What Ma. What Happened .." I said tryna stay calm.

"He was out with one of his homeboys and And..." the fone got quite. And she hung up.

I started to worry so.I called her back . No answer. My heart racing. Blood boiling. I quickly got dressed and told JD to.Come with me.just in case something is really wrng.

So once we get down the hall. To the door. Someone was knocking. I.opened it. It was the police.

"Are you Shona Green! " he said quickly

"Yes. What May I Help U With. " Both Me And JD Said.

He told me to come with him and I did as he told. He told me n JD to get in the back of the police car. Once we got in I asked

"Where aare we going"

He said "to ur mothers house. Ill explain everything wen we get there".

The rest of the ride was intense. Until JD grabbed me n held me in his arms. I started to cry because I didn't know wat was going on.

"Wateva has happened I will b there for you. No matter wat. U hv my word." JD said kissing me on my forehead.

So we got to.my moms house. It was deep. 5 police cars 2 ambulances and 1 fire truck. I got out and ran to the door of the house. A police officer caught me right when I had the door knob in my hands.

JD came and got me to calm dwn but that didn't work. So I went to the officer that was supposed to be telling me wat happened. He was taking his time. So I got angry and swung on him. But JD Caught my fist right before it go to them.

The officer started talking then.

"Well Ms.Green... Ur brother was involved in a shoot out. That happened inside ur mother's home. We dnt know if he's okay. And we can't find ur mother. " he said so damn calmly.

I turned around and seen a body bag being taking out. .... I Froze Up And Tears Ran.Dwn. My Face.
