Chapter 4 - A One Night Only Reunion Concert

After that spontaneous performance. The new in-house band comes in. All of them were starstruck at our presence. We decide to get off the stage so that they can perform. But not before asking a group picture with us. We decided to have a little conversation while sitting at my usual spot in the building.

Shiro: Damnit Doodz. You haven't lost your singing voice.

Me: I guess it has to do with my job Shiro.

Aoki: When did you get back here bro?

Me: Two days ago bro. It's been five years since I last stayed here.

Daichi: I can't believe you haven't lost your touch when it comes to playing the guitar bro.

Me: Well I performed at the Otonokizaka grand alumni homecoming. And sang four original songs that I wrote.

Rina: No way! You wrote four original songs?

Me: Yup! All of which I wrote when we were still in high school.

Aoki: Wow bro! And to think that I was the one who wrote all of our songs.

Me: Hehe...... (Scratching the back of my head.) Sorry bro.

Rina: Anyways let's just forget about that. Doodz we're planning on doing a one night only reunion concert.

Me: A concert?

Daichi: Yeah...... A concert bro.

Me: I thought you guys have given up already and went on with your lives. So why do a concert?

Aoki: The Wild Wolves is not the same without you bro. Rina-chan has been doing well as a solo artist. But every time she would ask us to perform with her on stage. It's not the same thing when you're with us.

Me: I don't know bro. I'm not sure if I can perform with you guys again.

Rina: Doodz...... Please...... It's just for one night only. Our fans miss us. They've been emailing all of us requesting a reunion concert. Most of them are missing you.

Daichi: Look bro...... We understand that you could suddenly get called back to duty. But come on Doodz. We've been doing impromptu performances with Rina-chan during her concerts. But like Aoki said. It's different with you on the stage.

Shiro: You're the only one who seems to woo the audience. Most especially our female fans.

Me: I will give it a thought. If I don't give you a message. It means I pass. Is that ok with you guys?

Rina: Alright...... But in the meantime let's celebrate our unexpected reunion.

All of us: Cheers!!!

Moments later Saya-san and Riko-chan comes to our table.

Saya: Ara ara...... Look who we have here. If isn't my handsome savior.

Riko: You have become more manly Doodz-kun.

Me: Thank you Riko-chan.

Saya: Anyways...... What's this about you guys doing a one night only reunion concert?

Me: Saya-san, well our fans have been requesting them that we do a reunion concert.

Rina: But Doodz is having second thoughts about it.

Aoki: I guess it has to do with his job.

Riko: I think it is a good idea for you guys to hold a concert. Even though it is just for one night only.

Daiki: I think so too.

Shiro: All four of us have already agreed to do it. But Doodz here is a little reluctant to do it.
