"I... don't know."
Lisa clenched her fists. All she did was nothing but sigh.
"Will, you ever know? How long will it take you? Will you just string both of us along until you make up your mind? You told me to wait, but can I wait for... nothing? I could possibly wait for years and end up with absolutely nothing." Lisa said while ruffling her hair in frustration.
Chaeyoung looked down to the ground. Lisa shook her head slowly in defeat before pinning the older girl against the wall.
"What do I do Chae? Tell me. Tell me what to do." Lisa said before burying her into Chaeyoung's neck. Her tears stained the older's milky white skin.
Chaeyoung closed her eyes.
"I love her." She confessed. Lisa bit her lip to suppress the cries from escaping her mouth. So Chaeng does love her. "She means a lot to me. I can't break her heart like this." Chaeyoung said as tears finally rolled down her face.
'But you can break mine like it's nothing.' Lisa thought to herself as she felt a sharp pain in her chest. It hurt like hell.
"I can promise you one thing Chaeng... I never gave up on you and I never will. I love you, and... if it makes you happy, I'll break up with Jennie right now." Lisa said with gritted teeth.
"Liar," Chaeyoung whispered. Her eyes stung from the crying and her mascara filled tears.
"I love you," Lisa repeated.
"But I love her," Chaeyoung said firmly while looking at Lisa straight in the eyes. Lisa felt like a shard pierced right through her heart. She smiled bitterly as she could feel herself bleeding.
"Well then, have fun with her. Do what you always do. Ignore my feelings like they don't exist. Hurt me all you want, I'll be your personal punching bag."
"Fine. Suit yourself." Chaeyoung said before pushing Lisa off. "Now if you'd excuse me. I have a date with my girlfriend tomorrow." Chaeyoung said before she went into their bedroom.
Lisa leaned her forehead against the fridge and allowed all her feelings to shut off slowly.
"Keep coming pain. When I'm numb, it'll finally be tolerable."

"W-why? We just started dating last night." Jennie's voice cracked as she desperately held on to Lisa, who had an evident pained expression plastered across her face.
"You don't need me, Jennie. I'm a selfish jerk, just forget me." Lisa forcefully removed Jennie's grip on her arms before walking away. She's aware that Jennie is her boss. She's also aware that Mr. Kim might just murder her.
But Lisa doesn't care anymore.
Chaeyoung.
Chaeyoung.
Chaeyoung.
All I want is Chae.

Lisa's POV
I smiled softly before pulling the blanket over Chaeyoung's thin body.
"I did it Chaeng... for you. I'm yours now, even though you'll never reciprocate these feelings. Just know that I'm here. I'll always be here to catch you, even if it means falling on me and hurting me instead." I chuckled lightly before leaning down to plant a soft kiss on my chipmunk's forehead.
Chaeyoung's lips curved into a small smile.
My heart gushed as cute snores started to fall from her mouth. I felt my phone ringing and quickly reached into my pocket.
Jennie unnie is calling...
I bit my lip guiltily, as our memories flashed back in an instant. I shook away those thoughts. I hurt her. I don't deserve her. She shouldn't be calling me.
'She deserves much more than being someone's second choice. I know how much that hurts... more than anyone.' With that, I inhaled sharply before hesitantly pressing decline.

Open Close
I was about to turn off my phone when my finger accidentally hit open.
Jennie's crying...
I felt my heart clench and decided to continue listening.
"Lisa ah~ I miss you so much... I feel so empty right now... I can't even describe it. I'm so confused... *sniffs* d-did I do something wrong? I'll change I promise. I'll be better. I'll try my best to be good enough for you please Lis, I need you..."
Replay Close
I closed my eyes, listening to the voicemail over and over again, before finally deciding to reply.
"Jen... please, don't cry. You're good. And you-" My voice cracked as I tried to suppress the hurt in my tone as much as possible. "You're so much more. If anything, I'm the one who isn't good enough for you. *inhales* You did nothing wrong...ok? I-I'm sorry."
Sent, 2:43 am.
With shaky hands, I turned off my phone.

Jennie smiled bitterly as she saw that Lisa had removed the post of the two of them from her Instagram. "Mine no more..." she mumbled in a broken tone. Because well, she is...
Soft knocks could be heard on her door.
Jennie ignored it and buried her face into a pillow.
"Are you okay?"
"G-go away..." Jennie said in sobs. Jisoo sighed. She cared about her sister and was starting to get worried. Was it Kai? Is he bothering Jennie again?
"I just wanted to bring you lunch. The maids said that you refused to eat breakfast." Jisoo said gently. "I don't need food. I want to... I just want her... I need her..." Jennie said helplessly. Jisoo sighed.
"Please eat. I'll go find the girl you're talking about. She said while handing her bowl of rice, but Jennie slapped it out of her hands. The glass shattered everywhere.
"You can't! She... she..." Jennie messed her hair aggressively. "Jisoo... what's wrong with me? Why are no girls attracted to me? Am I not good enough?"
"Maybe she is not the one for you sis and that's okay. Maybe she isn't good enough for you." She said calmly.
However, Jennie turned her head sharply and glared at the girl. "SHE'S MY EVERYTHING. HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT? SHE'S PERFECT. I—"
"Woah, please calm down Jennie. I'll umm... get you another bowl of rice." Jisoo said before rushing out in fear. Jennie is scary for someone her size.
Jennie sighed before continuing to look at all of Lisa's posts. "Why am I like this..."
'Is she on her period or something...' Jisoo sighed as she stopped a new bowl of rice for her sister.
