You picked my up from work after I called you maybe 7 minutes ago. I looked out of the window and watched the thin snowflakes fall down onto the ground. A little sigh left my lips before I placed my head on your shoulder and held your hand while I played with your ring.
"What's wrong baby?", You asked and stroked my hand with your thumb. I just mumbled: "Damn you climate change..."
You chuckled and tapped the wheel with your fingers. After a while we got out of the car and walked to the front door of our house.
I noticed that it stopped snowing and the stars were visible in the sky.
I was so fascinated at how beautiful they looked. Some of them were bigger and some of them smaller. You looked at me a little confused and then understood what was happening. You came to me and back hugged me as your chin rested on my shoulder and I felt you warming me up.
"Happy Birthday, baby.", I heard you saying. You gave me a kiss on the cheek and looked up at the sky.
