"Do you have to work tomorrow?", I asked you while I stroked your cheek gently. You nodded and closed your eyes as a sigh left your lips. You told me your chef gave you a promotion, but you would have to leave for a few weeks and work in another city. I grinned saying: "Then go? I told you, you were doing great at your workplace ba-", you stopped me and told me that you didn't want to go and leave me alone here at home. I shook my head and gave you a peck on the lips. "Don't worry about me. I'll call my mom over. She wanted to visit us anyway."
I could tell how hesitant you were before you sighed and hugged me tightly, not wanting to let me go.
