Slowly But Surely

You did this

It's.... horrible.

Half of its face purple and scaled over bleeding into his normal skin, and his whole body glowing pink. Two horns atop his head like his own but taller. One of its legs are huge, and clawed, and one normal. Also akin to the two different legs, one of the figures arms are purple and scaled while the other is fleshy and glowing pink. A huge tail trailing behind it as it looms. Its him but...

Not him.

"LOOK AT ME!" Its voice booms over the silence. "BASK IN YOUR HORROR! I AM OF YOUR MAKING! YOU DID THIS!" It shouts. Steven backs up "What is.." "SHUT UP!" It cuts him off. "I SAVED YOU! FROM CERTAIN DEATH!" The monster cries. "AND YOU RUINED ME!" It stomps it's huge leg. The vibrations of the stomp stems Steven to his knees, with a Yelp.

It begins to walk towards Steven. He winces at the pain in his knees.  It's presence alone looms over Steven in an ominous manner, as if it's threatening him with it's shadow alone. If that is the case, it's working, he cowers into the ground.. like a coward.

"Scared?" It hissed. "Why? You did this. You should be more proud of your own work." It taunts. "Please I'm..  I'm sorry.." Steven finally squeezes out. The half beast leans down infront of Steven and lifts his chin up with its hand, his whole arm scared over and rough.

"You're not. Shut up. You hate me." The figure growls out. "Look what you did to me. I was just trying to protect you and THIS IS WHAT YOU DO TO ME!" It gestures to itself. Steven winces.

"Please stop... I'm sorry.." he begs the half beast. He just scoffs and crosses his arms in response, standing up. "You are nothing without me. So stop pushing me out, or I'll leave, and you'll die. Do you want that? DO YOU?" It threatens. Steven whimpers and hangs his head low again.

In all honesty, all that came to his mind after the 'do you want to die?' Was... kinda. But he didn't have the strength to form a conclusive sentance, so he just whimpered instead. "...wake up." It hisses. Steven doesn't respond physically. "..your gems. They're worried. Wake up." It spits.

And so he does.
