chapter 16

I waited and waited until Amanda awoken from her deep slumber. Not once did I ever leave her side. Day and night, I've waited. Nothing or anyone would make me leave.

If they tried I would resist. I haven't ate in a while. My friends and fily would bring me food but I refused to eat any of it.

Sleep is another thing I've been missing out on. It's fine though. I don't want to be asleep when she wakes up.

I told her things that have been happening so far. She doesn't react but I pretend how her reaction would be.

Two weeks have gone by. The only news that I cared about is Amanda awakening. Don't get me wrong I still do my duties as an alpha.

The only problem is I don't Care much about it.

My feeling for Amanda have been growing rapidly. My urges to mark and claim her as mine have also been growing.

Every time I look at her I just want to take her. Not caring if others see. Well actually I would care but at the moment I wouldn't.

Her mother and brother have worried as well but they still go home to rest and eat unlike me. They come visit her to see if there were any good news.

My pack have supported me throughout the way except for the jealous sluts. They would pass through her room and just send daggers at her.

That pissed me off so I  warned them to back off or else there would be serious consequences and they obeyed. Sometimes they still glare at her but rush off to there next prey.

I kept on noticing when I grabbed her hand she would flinched but relax. Those were the only things that would let me know she is still alive.

The one time that I have left her side was right now because I really needed to pee real bad. But I rushed it just in case.

I was running to the bathroom when Harry had been calling my name.

"What do you want? Can't you see I have to take a big motherfucking piss."

"Sir, Luna Amanda has woken up.'

My eyes went wide, my mate has woken up already. Well I guess my bladder has to wait. I pushed past everyone in the way. Most of them got out of the way before they were knocked down.

There she was laying down talking to her family. Barely able to form a smile. She waved her hand to tell me to come closer. I obeyed.

Her mother and brother left to give us time to talk.

"So I heard from people that you saved me. You were the one who did everything. You never left my side. Not even once. Well except for right now. Why?" She coughed and took a deep breath. "Why did you do that? Even after I told you how much I hate you, you still helped me. Why?"

Well. I finally realized your side of the story. The way that you felt when I didn't want you. I felt it for a couple of days. But you...you dealt with it for years. I felt all of the pain at once. And I know that you will never forgive me but I want to be the one that is always there for you. I know this is very cliché but it's true. I don't want anyone to look at you the way I do. I may sound like a real creep but it's true. So I just want you to know that I .....I love you Amanda Perez."

I looked down at the floor. It stayed in a silence, it's very uncomfortable.

"Listen, I may not forgive you for the things that have happened in the past but we can take it slow. Let us start as friends and we will see how it goes."  "But..-" "I understand that it will be hard for you and your wolf but just wait, please."

I agreed with her and we just were there nothing happened.

"Hey, I'm Amanda Perez. What is your name." She took out her and I shook while laughing.

"Hey, Amanda. Im Matt. Matt Rodriguez. Nice to me you."

It may have not been of what I thought would happen but atleast I still got to be with her.
