To say I felt happy was an understatement.

I feel more alive. My first day of school started off rough, but it was great all the less. I went to go get a glass of animals blood from the mini fridge in my room that I had installed for food back when I was chubbier. I was really parched from all the new events happening.

The minute I got a gulp of it, it burned in my tongue usually I could stand it but now it burned like my moms favorite salsa. I quickly spit it out of my mouth.

What is happening? Maybe it's just that I needed sleep. After all it is 2 in the morning and I'm done with my homework so I might as well just go to sleep.

I shrugged it off and went upstairs to bed. The second I got on the comfortable bed my eyes felt really heavy and I was now off to a deep sleep.

Be more concerned.

I couldn't see anything. It was all dark. Nothing, no sign of anyone to be found except a speck of light coming from the top of the place. Its not big enough for me to fit in, but enough for me to see outside. I think I'm underground people walking by, no wait there monsters disguised as humans. Weird,where am I?

"You are in another dimension. No one can see you or smell you, but they can feel your presence with them." A deep, but calm voice said not to far away from me.

"Who said that!" I said scooting back enough so that I got away from the person.

"I'll tell you, but you have to listen carefully. This is really important. " he said sounding really calm.

"No way in heck will I listen to you."

"Watch your language young lady." He screamed sounding intimidating.

"Who the heck are you to tell me what I can and can't say. Besides I didn't say anything inappropriate." I yelled back to the old man.

"Me, your father so do not use that tone on me and I'm not an old man." He said adding emphasis on the words old man and stepping into the tiny speck of light and looking exactly like my father, but with dark blood shot eyes.

"No your not. My father is at work somewhere. And how did you know what I said. " I said sounding confused.

"No, that man is not your father, his real name is Joshua Hunter, he is a hunter that is trying to kill you and your brother. Although he may seem like normal to you, he will stop at nothing to kill you. Oh. I'm a ghost who can hear your thoughts." He said looking at me with sad eyes.

"Well, why hasn't he killed us then and how did you die?" I said crossing my arms.

"Because he doesn't know that you've shifted yet and he still doesn't know how to kill you. Listen to me Amanda, you are not just a hybrid ,you are a Boleslawa hybrid; the meaning is powerful glory. Plus you have alpha blood and are a born Luna which will be even harder to kill. You are unstoppable except for the part if your mate dies then you die with him. It happens because your wolf who would do anything for his mate will die inside and not want to live anymore. So then she'll resort to killing herself and she only knows how to. Plus he killed me once he realized what I was. And to think that we were friends. Richard." He explained to me and laughing which didn't quite match his eyes.

I was staring at him. I was going to interrupt him until I heard him say that we will die once our mate dies.

What the heck skylar why didn't you tell me this?

No answer.

What? I'm sorry but I couldn't tell you. The moon goddess wouldn't let me.

"What happens if I found my mate and I'm pretty he will reject me?"

"That's not gonna happen. It will be impossible for him to reject you because of the really strong pull and connection that you will have.  It is so strong that you can feel almost everything. If he tries to he will fail. You barely realized you were meant to be, but he knew even back then. Although, he does all those things to you he feels the pain you are going through. So that is also why you didn't feel his bruise and cut when him and your brother were fighting. Eventually it will get unbearable to be without each other. Worse than normal wolves. Ok is that the last question you'll ask me before you wake up." He said while finally sitting down.

"One more thing." I said pointing one finger upwards to signify one more.

"Why can't I stand animals blood anymore? It just taste horrible when I put it in my mouth." I said.

"Ah yes that." He stood up and walked around with a huge grin on his face which made him less intimidating. "That is because your and your wolf are wanting your mates blood. I guess you could say that you are aroused." He laughed.

Once he said that I screamed. "I am not aroused by that demon who doesn't even want me! I do not want him or his blood! That's just nasty!" I yelled not caring about anything anymore.

"Calm down. That just how life is darling. Besides, if you can stands animals blood then you can stand his blood." He said hugging me tightly. At first I didn't react, but I relaxed and hugged him back. He kissed me on my forehead before saying his goodbye.

I woke up to the sound of the alarm. Time for school. Dang.
