Winter Assassin

New suit

"Rose! You're coming right?" Tony said as he walked up to Rose. "You know it" Rose said with a smirk. "Well, if your coming you'll need a suit" Tony said with a smirk. "What are you saying?" Rose asked as she crossed her arms.
"I'm saying come help me design a suit" Tony said as he walked over to the lab. "Awesome" Rose said as she walked with him.
"This is the original design" Tony said as he pulled up a hologram of a suit that was similar to Bucky's except it was black and white and didn't have a mask.
Rose didn't say a word as she stared at it.
"Hello? Earth to Rose" Tony said as he waved his hand in front of her face. "Um yea" Rose said as she shook her head, "I love it".
"Good, cause I was worried for a second" Tony said with a smile.
"Can I?" Rose said pointing to the hologram. "Go right ahead. I'll be in the living room if you need me" Tony said as he walked out. Rose nodded as she made improvements to the suit. She added a black belt and black leather gloves.

-12:30am-

"I think we should have a party, just in case we don't make it back" Tony said, getting a drink.
"Is the party just an excuse for you to get drunk?" Rose asked with a smirk. "I have my reasons" Tony said as he walked over to the rest of the team and handed Steve a drink. "Really Tony?" Steve said as he took the drink.
"You looked a little green around the gills there, Rogers" Tony said as he took a sip of his drink. Steve laughed a bit. "Where's the mini Bucky?" Clint asked. "Mini Bucky?" Bucky asked with an eyebrow raised. "You two are exactly alike!" Clint said with a smile. "Give me one example" Bucky said. "You act like babies, you both cry about everything, you bot-" Sam was cut off by Bucky, "I ask for ONE example" said as he got up to get a drink. "There's to many to just pick one" Sam said with a laugh.
"So, is everyone in for the party?" Tony asked.
"How about when we get back from the mission" Steve said as he put his drink on the table. "As long as I get a party" Tony said as he took another sip. "Where is the little guy, though?" Clint asked again. "He's sleeping. You do know he's 5 right?" Rose said with a smirk.
Bucky yawned. "And there's another example on how you two are alike" Sam said as he smiled. "Haha" Bucky said in a sarcastic tone.
"I should get to bed" Rose said as she stood up and walked upstairs. "Goodnight, Rose!" Bucky yelled. "Night!" She said as she made it up the stairs. "She's a lot like her mother" Steve said as he took a drink. "Don't get drunk, Rogers" Tony said. "I can't get drunk, sadly" Steve jokingly said. Bucky looked down from Steve's remark about Roses mother. "Buck..." Steve said as he looked at Bucky. "No, no. It's fine, she really is like her" Bucky said with a tear rolling down his cheek, landing on the floor making a little splash. "What happened?" Clint asked as Natasha glared at him for asking such a question. "... Hydra killed her" Bucky said with his shaky voice. "I'm sorry, Barnes" Tony said as he patted Bucky's shoulder. "Tha-" Bucky's voice cracked as he finally let himself cry. Nat glared at Clint again, this time with anger.

"Why are you still awake?" Rose questioned James as she walked into their room. "I couldn't sleep" James said, watching cartoons.
"Come on" Rose said as turned off the TV, picked James up and carried him to bed. "Hey!" James said with a smile. Rose put him in bed and tucked him in. "Song?" James asked. "Fine" Rose said with a smile.
"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy, when sky's are grey. You'll never know dear, how much I love you..." Roses voice faded off as she forgot the words... "damn it" She said under her breath. But James was asleep, like always. She stood up and walked to the window. She watched every car drive by, every person walk down the sidewalk, every bug that landed on the window. About 2 hours had passed and it started to rain. Rose loved the rain. So she watched it, she counted (tried to count) every raindrop until she fell asleep...

"Dear?" Her mother (Willow) said with a soft voice. Rose stared at her, not saying a word. "Come here" Willow said as she walked closer to her daughter. Rose ran to her with her arms open for a hug as the vision of her mother disappeared. Rose fell on the floor face first. When she got up she was in a different place... her mother's funeral...

"We are here today to say goodbye to a wonderful woman. A great mother, a great wife. May Mrs. Willow Barnes rest is peace"

Once Rose blinked she was in... Hydra.
"Again" the Hydra trainer said.
"Why would you do this?" Rose questioned Zola. "It's the only way to fix the world" Zola said as he turned to Rose, "and you're next" He said as he pulled out a tiny saw. Just like that she was strapped to a table. "Rose!" James cried out. "Rose" he cried out again, this time sounding a little like Bucky. Then again, this time sound exactly like Bucky ...

"Rose!" Bucky said as he shook Rose. Rose jumped up drenched in sweat and tears. "Hey, what happened?" Bucky asked in a concerned tone. "The-they're back" Rose said in a shaky voice trying not to cry. "Just breath" Bucky said trying to calm his daughter down. "I-it seemed so real" Rose said with tears in her eyes and her voice still shaky. "Come here" Bucky said as he pulled her into a hug. "You're safe now" Bucky reminded Rose. She didn't say anything, she couldn't. She just cried into Buckys arms...
