There's only one week left for the break and I'm very bored at house. I spent my all summer learning how to apparate and thank Merlin I did. I can go anywhere I want and Father won't even know.
I was hoping Theo would show up but he hasn't yet and I'm out of my mind. I heard someone arrive from the chimney and ran downstairs.
" Mum? Who's here? " I yell running downstairs. I saw Theo appear with his father and I smiled at him. I gave him a small hug and led him to my room since father said he had to talk about something.
" Have you heard about Heir of the Slytherin? " He asks out of the blue. " No. What's the matter? " I ask as I sit on my bed and examines my room.
" I don't know either. Father was talking about some Chamber or something at Hogwarts. " Theo says and I nod.
My months of break weren't very nice except my time spent with mother. Father was skipping home at nights again and it scared me if he was being distant again.
" Malfoy is gonna be on team this year. With you. " Theo says smirking. " That sounds very..... Unpleasant. I'm sure he won't even go to the try outs. " I say and he chuckles.
" I can't believe we still have a week to go. I'm so bored in here. " I say and he chuckles.
" Let's meet in Diagon Alley tomorrow to buy thr books. " He says and I nod. " But, ice cream. Your treat. " I say and he frowns.
" Why me? " He asks and I smirk. " Well, because you're the first one to get a glimpse of my beauty. " I say dramatically and he laughs and I join him.
" True though. My treat. " He says and I laugh again. I spent the whole day trying to teach him about Muggles and he seemed interested though he had to leave.
" Bye. I'll see you tomorrow. " I say hugging him and he nods. After they were left, I went to my room and fell asleep.
Next morning.... I woke up and got ready and walked downstairs to Mother.
" Mother, can I go to the Diagon Alley? I have to buy my books for the term. I'll do the shopping with Theo. " I say and she nods.
" I too have some stuff to buy. Let's go. " She says and in a blip, we reached the Alley. I headed to Flourish and Blotts to buy my books while mother left to buy her things.
I entered the shop which was crowded so before I get crushed, I run upstairs and started looking for my books. One after one, I got all the books except my Defense.
