e arrived Hogwarts and we were in the Great Hall. I noticed Gryffindor table is next to us this year. A choir group was singing and Sophie nudged me.
" You should join them! " Sophie says and I chuckle. " That's interesting but not my type. " I say and Sophie nods eagerly.
She was sitting across me and to my dismay, I was sitting between Draco and Theo.
" Welcome! Welcome to another year at Hogwarts. Now, I'd like to say a few words before we begin to become to befuddled by our excellent feast. First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R. J. Lupin who's kindly consented to fill the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Good luck, Professor. "
Dumbledore says and the Hall claps.
" Of course, that's why he knew to give you the chocolate, Harry. " I heard Hermione. They were right behind me. Draco turns to her voice and calls Harry.
" Psst.. Potter! Pottah! Is it true you fainted?.. " Draco says and a boy beside him fake's fainting.
"... I mean you actually fainted? " Draco asks and I sigh. Looking at Hermione and gave her an apologetic smile.
" Shove off, Malfoy. " Ron says and they turn around. Then Dumbledore said that Hagrid is going to take the post of Care of Magical Creatures teacher.
I was so excited to begin this year. We were warned about the Dementors and finally the feast began.
" Finally! I've been dying of hunger! " Sophie says piling her plate but I didn't. I just took some porridge and started taking small bites. I felt eyes on me and I turned around. Nearly, everyone was staring at me.
" Oh! For Goodness Sake! " I muttered and started eating in silence. I looked at my side and saw Draco staring at me. " You're staring at me. " I said and he broke out of his trance and looked at his food.
" Well, not his fault you look hot! " Theo says and everyone stares at him, including me. And I think some people from Gryffindor table. His cheeks go red and he looks at his food.
" Alright. You can eat now. It's not like I said that for the first time. " Theo says and Sophie bursts out laughing including me and Blaise. Draco just clenched his fists and started poking his food.
After the dinner, I walked back to the dorm with Sophie. It was just me and Sophie in this dorm.
Well, I'll miss Daphne and Faye but I'll manage as long as Sophie is with me. I actually wanted to talk to Draco but he always does something that changes my mind. I changed into my pj's after a quick shower and went to bed.
