Reixel’s P.O.V.

"Hey Reix!" a familiar voice called out.

"Theo, ikaw pala," I replied, recognizing my friend.

"Pinapupunta ka nga pala ni Mommy sa bahay," Theo announced.

"Ha? Anong meron?" I asked, confused.

"Nakapasa kasi si Kuya sa engineering, so 'yun, may pakain sila," he explained with a grin.

"Eh, nahihiya ako," I confessed, feeling awkward about intruding on their celebration.

"Isama mo na rin sina Celestria para hindi ka mahiya do'n," Theo suggested, trying to ease my worries.

"Sige, sabihan ko sila. Teka lang, nakita mo ba si Nikko?" I inquired, searching for my boyfriend.

"Ah, 'yung magaling mong boyfriend? Nando'n kanina sa may ABM department," Theo answered with a playful tone.

"Sige, salamat. Saglit lang, kailan kami pupunta sa inyo?" I questioned, wanting to make sure we got the details straight.

"Mamayang 6pm. Sige, mauna na ako, see you there," Theo said, waving goodbye as he left.

"N-Nikko?" I stammered, my voice barely a whisper.

"Reix? Anong ginagawa mo rito?" Nikko replied, his eyes widening in surprise.

"I-ikaw ang dapat kong tanungin n'yan. S-sino siya? Bakit ka nandito?" I demanded, my voice laced with confusion and hurt. I gestured toward the girl beside him. Her expression was a mix of nervousness and defiance.

"Let me explain," Nikko began, his voice laced with desperation.

"Why did you kiss her?" I interrupted, my voice breaking with emotion.

The girl beside him said, "Sorry Reix, I'm pregnant."

"Cynthia, shut up!" Nikko snapped, glaring at the girl. His face was a mask of anger and shame.

"Ano ba Nikko, tell her the truth, umaasa lang si Reixel sa'yo," Cynthia retorted, tears welling up in her eyes.

I jolted awake, the memories of that day crashing over me like a tidal wave. The betrayal, the pain, the confusion — it was all too real. I took a deep breath, trying to regain control. I gazed into the darkness, searching for a way to escape the torment of the past.

"I hate you, Nikko," I whispered, my voice filled with venom. "Minahal kita ng totoo pero pinaglaruan mo lang ako. Akala ko sa akin ka lang naging masaya. Akala ko ako lang ang mahal mo, but I was wrong, may mahal ka palang iba. Ang masama pa do'n ay nabuntis mo siya."

Tears streamed down my face as the reality of his betrayal sank in. I furiously wiped them away, slapping my cheeks in an attempt to shake myself out of the despair.

"Forget about him, Reix. Hindi ka niya mahal."
