"From That Day"

Chapter 1

It was winter's cold night when he first time saw him. Standing in front of him with an expression, Akashi couldn't read. His teal blue eyes stared at him with a glint on it .It was anger or perhaps pity .Akashi didn't know nor did he cared about it at the time . Right now, he needed help , he needed someone to help his mother. She was unconsious on his arms probably dieing .

Today's day was started with Akashi getting bumped by someone . Akashi looked behind from his seat to see , Furihata Kouki laughing. It seemed like the class president made a silly pun to make the brunette laugh . Akashi didn't mind it for sometime until , he had enough.

The rednette turned back and stared at the brunette who immediately got goosebumps all over his body . He slowly looked back to see Akashi staring at him intensively.

"One more push and you're dead" Akashi only said this, as Furihata immediately apologized and excused himself.

"You saw that right?" A girl whispered loudly to her friend who were staring at Akashi . "No wonder ,he is one hell of a devil "

"Did you heard that he defeated Haizaki-san in one-o-one ?"

"You mean Haizaki-senpai from 2-C ?" The girl asked in astonishment . The other girl shushed her and silently nodded. "Doesn't that make Akashi-kun the most dangerous man in this building "

"Yes , it does. Many people see him as a demon because of that ."

"No wonder he has such an unusual hair . That type of red hair can only be possessed by an demon only"

"Ok , class settle down quietly "Riko-sensei said as she entered the class with a bunch of books which were similar to each other . She passed it to everyone before coming back to her desk .

"What is this ? Some kind of a manual ?" A kid asked .

"It is a precaution manual against demons , witches ..etc etc. Since winter vacations are about to start. And i dont want anyone of you missing when its over ."

"This is stupid "A student mocked ."there no such case in this city. You're just scaring us for nothing , sensei"

"If scaring you can help you take these precautions , So be it "Riko-sensei said smiling which looked like sadistic to everyone in the classroom.

"Hey , Akashi I got a perfect solution to get rid of you "a student in front of him commented showing him the book . Everybody was laughing until Akashi looked at them .

"Keep it quiet now . Let's start the lesson "Riko-Sensei said as everybody start taking out their book .

Akashi looked outside the window again thinking about his beloved mother who was sick right now . His gaze again went towards the book. It was of black color with a weird pattern scripted all over it. He turned the book to read the summary which was written in red color, almost looked like blood.

Over many centuries , we co-exist with nature and other beings . These beings also includes , mythical and folklore creatures like vampires , demons , angel. Being human species the weakest of them all , many researchers and scientists made a set of rules to guide us in a situation where we endanger our lives because of these beings .

This book was specially made to encounter and help us during these situations. Enjoy reading .

"Stupid" Akashi thought going towards the market to buy some groceries.

When the groceries shopping was over. Akashi immediately left for his home. He didn't mind the attention he was getting because of his unusual hair. At first , it bugged him a lot but now he was used to it . He remembered his father telling him to be confident and accept oneself . He was the man of his words and dignity . And the little Akashi used to looked up to him as his role model but sadly the said man is no more . He died from an road accident.

Akashi still remembered the day when The police confronted him about the case . According to them , Akashi Masamoi was drunk while driving his car.The news left Akashi devastated . He couldn't believe his old man being drunk . As far as he knew , his father doesnt consume any alcoholic based items ,and to get sobber from it. That's simply impossible. Akashi knew something was up and he was committed to know the truth . But , he stopped because of his mother who suddenly got a deadly disease .

A chill went through his back when he was about to open the door . Akashi looked back and see nothing . He wanted to shrug this uneasy feelings when he suddenly saw something moving . He couldn't see who it was but only a color that marked in his brain . Teal blue.
