Daniel lets go from hug, tearing up. "Sweetie? What's wrong?" Loki asked. "I-I feel like I failed you guys.." Daniel mumbled. "What do you mean, Bud?" Bucky asked, rubbing his sons back. "Because I always scare you guys... you're afraid I would hurt myself.. that's why you guys are so protective of me. You're afraid of losing me. I hate myself for hurting you guys so badly," He starts crying and covers his face. Loki strokes Daniel's hair(way to comfort him). "You shouldn't hate yourself Daniel. Yes.. it does scare us when you get injured, and more when you hurt yourself, but that shouldn't make you hate yourself," Loki said. "We try not to be so protective but sometimes we can't help it.." Bucky said. "I know.. and I don't dislike it, you guys aren't very over protective. Though.. I wish to be a better son and not need you guys to act that way," Daniel mumbled. He wipes his tears away. "You are the best son you can be, Daniel. No matter what, we will always love you, nothing will change that," Loki said. "He's right, Bud. We will always love you and help you with whatever you're going through," Bucky said. "You guys already tried to help me so many times.. and yes it works but then things happen again.." Daniel said. "It's okay to have rough times.. you know we and the Avengers will help you," Loki said. They all hug tightly, Daniel gives them a weak smile. "Thank you, dads. I love you both." They smile, "You're welcome, Dan. We love you too," Loki says as he kisses the top of Daniel's head.
