Chapter 13

The kids were all being looked after by the dance team for a few hours and the energy coming from Stacey and Kevin wasn't normal.
Ash. Guys. What's wrong.
S. Nothing nothing
Jan. Yeah kev. What's up. You both seem really down
Ash. This isn't the normal Kevin and stacey we know
Kev. It's nothing. This is strictly not therapy.
Pash. Why are you in therapy?
S. We aren't.
Gio. But. Oh guys just leave it. They clearly don't want to talk about whatever it is.
They carried on dancing until Jason made them stop again because Kevin and stacey just weren't even attempting it anymore.
Faye. Guys come on. What's wrong
S. They messed it up
Ash. What do you mean
Kev. When we stopped the pregnancy she went and got a checkover. See what is preventing her from having kids
Jas. And
S. There isn't anything. So they went back through the scans and the pains and everything and turned out they were just bad pregnancy cramps.
Jan. What so the guy made you kill the baby-
Kev. Don't got there. If you do it doesn't end well for me.
Ali. How come
Kev. She blames herself then gets annoyed at herself then she's in a bad mood and then she's annoyed at me. And then I end up sleeping in the other room because we argue
Stace. No you just don't listen kevin
Kev. Well done.
Stace. I'm going for a walk.
Kev. Stacey wait.
She left and all the pros looked at each other.
Kev. For fucks sake. Why didn't you just leave it. Well. Best tidy the spare room up.
Jason. Kev chill out
Kev. Oh shut up Jason. Just because you don't have to figure girls out. Bloody hormones. You probably have no idea what they are
The celebs eyes widened and the pros looked at each other.
Jason. I know you. So I'm not going to take that to heart. I want you to go home and get some sleep. Figure out everything between you two and make sure you're on the same page. Or you're getting cut from the tour. Both of you.
Kev. Fucking hell. Can my life get any worse.
Craig walked in and made a snide remark about Kevins marriages
K. Ok. I think it just has
Bruno. Craig now isn't the right time. You've been divorced
C. Yes but see the difference is I'm 55 and have been divorced once. He is 37 and has been divorced thrice. He was married at twenty.
K. Just fuck off will you. Do us all a favour
Kevin walked out and the kids came in and ran to their parents. Diannes eyes scanned round the room and noticed two peoples absence.
Di. Mummy where's uncle kev. And auntie stace
Pasha. They're still a bit upset darling. About the baby and everything.
Kevin and stacey has exploded to the kids that they weren't able to have children of their own so they weren't very happy and smiley and wold t be for a while. But that was an understatement.
Joe. Wait. But. I thought they were having a baba
Gorka. They were. But it hurt auntie stacey too much. Like a really bad tummy ache. You know when you weren't well joe.
Joe. Owie
Gorka. So they can't have children because it hurts a lot.
JoJo. What about adoption. Or foster. Or surrogate
Ali. They've just lost their little baby mate. They won't want another one yet.
Dot. But why dotty no have little baby to be friend wiv?
Faye. Because my little munchkin. You don't like belly aches do you?
Dot. No. Belly aches owie
Faye. And auntie stace doesn't want a belly ache. And uncle kev doesn't want her to have bad belly ache. So they're gonna wait for a bit.

Neil and katya took the kids to get some ice cream but gorka stayed
Gorka. They were arguing again
Gio. Who were
Gorka. Kev. And Stace. Just shouting at each other.
Jan. What did they say
Gorka. She told him to grow a pair of balls and stop acting like a baby. And then he told her to pull herself together. And then I left. I didn't want to be rude.
Ash. Probably best. Who knows what else they might have said
Diannes PoV
I walking past uncle kev and auntie Staceys room. They were shouting. Auntie stace was crying but uncle kev was just shouting. He stopped and I opened the door. He had his arm round her belly. But mummy said she had a bad tummy ache. "Dot?" "Why you hurting her." "What?" "You're hurting auntie Staceys bad tummy. I'm telling my daddy on you. He said it's not nice to hurt people." I ran and he tried shouting me back but I ran into daddies room and he looked at me. "What's wrong dot." "Uncle Kevins hurting auntie stace." "What?" "She was crying and he was touching her poorly belly." "Go get mummy and tell her to go and talk to uncle kev. Why don't you go and be with any for a while." I nodded and went and told mummy then skipped to Amy's mummy and daddies.
Pashas PoV
I was walking past Kevins room and he walked out. I pushed him against the door. "What the fuck do you think you're playing at." "Pash what are you doing." "What did you hurt her for?" "Who?" "Stacey." "I haven't. I wouldn't. I couldn't. Where did you get that." "Dianne said Stacey was crying but you just shouted and pressed on her stomach." Stacey walked out and looked at me and then Kev. "What the hells happened here." "Stacey tell me honestly has he hurt you." "No why?" "Has he shouted at you." "Well I mean we've both been yelling at each other." Ashley Faye and janette walked round the corner and looked at Kevin. "Pasha what are you doing." "Dianne saw Kevin hurting Staceys stomach. She came and told me." All eyes were on Kevin. Sadness flushed his face. "You really think I'm like that? You really think I'd hurt her like that. Even after everything that's happened with the baby. You think I'd hurt her." We looked at him and then stacey who was surrounded by Faye Ashley and janette. "Stacey?" "I. He didn't do anything. He didn't hurt me. At least I know it wasn't purposefully." "Well then what was this her crying and you with an arm on her stomach." "If you must know. She wants to try again." "What do you mean?" "For kids. On our own." We looked at stacey and she smiled shyly. I let go of Kev who massaged his shoulders. "Sorry bout that mate." "No problem. Shows that you all care I guess." He smiled while we all nodded and Stacey went and stood next to him. "Well talk to dot about it later." "Yeah. Anything else." We shook our heads but Ashley murmured something in Staceys ear which made her shove her and laugh it off. "Well I'm just saying. If it's gonna happen it better be good."
Kevins PoV
They left and me and Stace went back into the room but there was another knock at the door. I answered and gorka was stood there. "Hiya gor-." "Is it true?" "What?" "You hurt her." "Stace? Absolutely not. Dianne misunderstood. She took it out of context. Pasha and everyone have already been round. You can talk to her yourself if you want. You know I'm not like that gorka. Come on now." "Sorry kev. I just had to make sure. You have been arguing a lot so there was a chance." "I know. But we are ok now." He went to leave but I stopped him. "Hey. Thanks for that bud." "What?" "Coming to check and look after her." I took two £20 notes and a £10 note out of my pocket and passed her it. "Take you and your girl out. Or safe it. Don't tell your mum or dad. Yeah?" "I can't take that." "Me and Stace have no use with it. I insist." "Thanks Kev. Send Stace my love and I'll see you soon." I smiled and closed the door and Stacey was smiling. She came and kissed me. "What did ashley say." "He better go hard because if it's gonna be the last time for a while it had better be good." I smiled. "I'll make it as good as you can take it." She smiled and kissed me again. "And this is why I love you."
