"30 minutes pa bago ang exam, andito na ang mga teachers na magbabantay at ang mga test papers." We all looked at the wall clock hanging on the wall. It's been thirty minutes and Xander keeps on declining our call. He even turned off his gps. Kahit si Nathan ay hindi namin macontact. Where the hell are they? Hindi pa din nawawala ang kaba ko at tila ang iba ay nababalisa na din.

"He's calling.." Drew said at saka mabilis na sinagot ang cellphone. Nakuha nito ang attention ng lahat and everyone is looking at him waiting for him to talk.

"Where are you?!" Pambungad nito at saka sinundan ng sunod sunod na hello.

"Who are you?" Tila binuhusan siya ng tubig at ibang tinig ang narinig mula sa kabilang linya.

"Saan mo dinala si Xander?!" He shouted. It's the first time na nakita ko syang ganito. It only confirms one thing. Xander is not fine. Ito na nga siguro ang ipinag-aalala ko. Dumating na ang araw na kinatatakutan ko; naming lahat.

"Xander! Xander asan ka?!" He's being hysterical. Mas lalo akong kinabahan at nag-aalala para kay Xander. He is known for being a strong guy that's why no one ever go against his way but looking how Drew worries about him makes me damn nervous. Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyayai na sa kanya. I only know one thing. He needs me. He needs help. He needs someone.

After that call ay mas lalong hindi maipinta ang mukha ni Drew. Galit na galit nitong hawak ang cellphone. He gritted his teeth.

"Drew anong nangyari kay Xander?" Agad na tanong ni Brian. I can't find any words to say. Hindi magsink in sa akin ang mga nangyayari ngayon. We are still fine last week. We are still having fun but today seems like the table turns.

He took a deep breath bago nagsalita. "Stay here and take the exam. I'll go where Xander is." Pinal na wika nito. That leaves everyone more clueless.

"Drew.." I was able to say. He just stared at me for a moment bago magsimulang humakbang ngunit agad ko ding hinawakan ang damit nya.

"Tell me, what happened to him." I begged. He just a sighed and faced me.

"He's in danger. But don't worry, ililigtas ko sya. Gagawa tayo ng paraan to save him. You have to stay here and take the exam yun ang bilin nya." He said at saka tinanggal ang pagkakakapit ko sa damit nya.

"Sasama ako sayo." I declared. Whenever I'm in danger Xander never think twice to save me. This time my heart and my mind said I should go. I want to see him badly.

"No. Stay here and take the exam." Matigas na wika ni Drew but I still said no. No matter what he does; kahit anong pigil nya, sasama pa din ako.

"Sky you have to listen to me. Hahayaan mo bang mapunta lang sa wala ang pinaghirapan ng lahat. Nakita mo kung paano nila pinaghirapan at pinaghandaan ang araw na ito. Hahayaan mo lang ba na masayang ang lahat ng iyon? Hindi lang naman nila iyon ginawa para sa mataas na marka. They did that, no WE did that because of you." Nilingon ko silang lahat and they are all staring at me. Drew was right. Nakita ko ang mga paghihirap at pagsisikap nila. Those eye bags, and all the medicine they drank para mabawasan ang sakit ng ulo, ang antok na tiniis nila, ang mga oras na lumipas na ang kaharap lamang nila ay libro; lahat ng iyon ay malinaw sa isipan ko.
