SIDENOTE: The music above may not fit the chapter, it it just there to show where I got the name for the chapter.

It's real dark. Like a blanket was tossed, only to land on our sad planet. The whole globe veiled by a cover of darkness.
And I don't really mind.
I stopped minding a long time ago.
Sometimes, I wonder what it's like after you die.
What do you become?
A blade of grass, bending with the serene wind.
A translucent being that wanders the familiar grounds of our planet.
Or is it like this?
Is it pure, deathly dark met only by haunting silence? Where all you can hear are your filthy breaths, and with that, your wrongdoings? Everything around you gone, as you wait for something that is destined to never come?
The uncertainty of it scares me.
Just like the uncertainty of that dwindling light as it slowly dipped and I was placed in a different type of dark. A more welcoming dark.
Stars twinkled above me, blessing me with their gentle light. I could feel pressure slowly building in my temples, leading up to a roaring headache.
And yet, it didn't really matter. The silence is deafening and the noise is too quiet. The pain is painless, but the act of simply living leaves me immeasurably hurt. Everything is switched. Everything is wrong. I could feel so much, and yet I could feel so little. It's funny how one day, we could be living on cloud nine, and the next, we can't seem to stop crying.
Just like how I was unfeeling until I was struck by feeling all at once. My body was lined by numerous scratches and persistent pains.
I abruptly sat up, wincing at the motion.
The ruins of a plane surrounded me. Walls that were once squeaky clean and relatively new were now marked by the Earth and dissipated to fragments of their original form.
The ceiling had been completely obliterated and could no longer be seen.
Uncontrollable tears rose in my eyes. I glanced down to find my hands shaking, an act of defiance against my own will. But I was so wrapped up in all of my emotions to even notice, mind entangled in a trap of meticulous feelings.
That was the problem. Too many feelings clouding my mind, pestering me with their complex problems.
I shouldn't care.
I dragged my hand across my face, wiping away even the slightest trace of tears.
But I do. I do care.
.My eyes drifted down to find a man's head lousily placed on my lap.
My eyebrows furrowed to a point where I felt that a hole was being bored through my thick skull. I hastily lifted my hand and snatched the head, throwing it back to the side it had come from.
Mission accomplished.
A delicate hand plopped on my lap.
I quickly turned to find the perpetrator's crystal blue eyes staring up at me, their face adorned by a lazy grin.
