Chapter 1: We're Late!

Hi guys! I said that I wanted to write this a while back but i planned to post it during December. Sadly I found out that I had final exams a week before Christmas and I decided to update my other Blue Exorcist and Attack on Titan stories instead. This is going to be a short story and I'm not so sure on when I'll finish. Vote, follow, comment and all that good stuff! Enjoy!

"Oh crap! I slept through all five of my alarms! " Rin exclaimed. It was near midnight, you were currently on Rin's back. The reason being is that Rin had taken a nap and it took you a while to wake him up. Rin knew that you wouldn't be able to keep up with him, so he decided to carry you on his back. Rin continued to jump from building to building as fast as he could while making sure to be careful with you. Both of you were in a hurry because Yukio was taking you, Shiemi and Rin on a mission, that had to be completed exactly before midnight. As Rin dashed down a flight of stairs, he ran into some coal tars.

"Get out of my way already! " Rin exclaimed. He began trying to shoo them away but it didn't work. Being blinded by the small demons, he slipped, making him trying to regain his balance while descending towards the bottom of the stairs. He didn't want you to get hurt, which resulted in him falling onto his face. Rin groaned in pain, trying not to scream as his face collided with the cement. You looked over to him.

"Rin! Are you okay!? " You exclaimed worriedly. Two boys looked over to you two.

"This guy totally fell on his face! I think he broke his nose, it's all turned up like a pig!" A boy in blue said while looking at Rin.

"I bet it hurts, are you gonna cry?" Asked a boy in green, who wore glasses, while looking closer at Rin.

"Oink oink! " Taunted the boy in blue.

"What the hell are you kids doing up this late?! Get your asses home! Go on, get outta here! Booo! You better stay away from grown ups when they get pissed off! " Rin exclaimed as he tried to scare off the two kids. They quickly ran down the next flight of stairs while laughing. You had already gotten off Rin and smiled softly at him. Rin looked over to a wall full of lanterns with a sign in the middle. He stared at it questionably.

"Hi... yu...mu... Festival? " Rin said confusedly. He then suddenly remembered what he was supposed to do.

"We're late!!" Rin exclaimed as he then carried you again. He quickly ran down the next flight of stairs as he saw the two boys with their parents.

"Move! " Rin shouted as he continued running. You gave them an apologetic expression while passing by. A festival that was held every 11 years was currently taking place. Many people had been decorating the city with rabbits and other attractions.

*Over with Shura *

Shura was on a boat, passing by the ships that were being decorated for the festival.

"Man this sucks. Everyone else gets to party while we're still on the clock here. " She complained. The driver looked over to Shura, trying to get her attention.

"Be careful Miss Shura, we have a low bridge up ahead."

"Huh? " She looked ahead and ducked.

"Why is the bridge so low?" Shura asked after they passed the bridge.

"It's the water level mam', it's higher because we have to close the flood gates during the festival." The driver said while looking at her.

"Is that it? " Shura asked as they got closer to their destination.

"Yes mam', the academy's flood gate number one. "The driver replied. Shura smirked.

"Might as well give us a hand since you came all this way. " Shura said while looking over to a man who stood next to her.

Hi guys. As you can tell, I'm writing what was happening in the movie. Although I don't want to write everything, I'll just add in some of the important things. Just so you know, it's not easy watching a movie and having to pause it multiple times just to write the dialogue and descriptions of some characters and scenes. And since this was from the movie...no cliffhangers. Yeah so...yeah... ٩(●˙-˙●)۶
