Hopefully this story is going to start getting a lot more developed so just hang on :) Apologies for yet another really small chapter ~Jedi Rose

Yes! I can go to my dream college! My day can't get much better than that. I dance into the lounge and collapse onto the sofa. Stretching out to grab the remote, the first image that flashes across the screen is Harry catching the Snitch for his first time. The Philosophers Stone was on TV. My day just got even better.
After an hour and a bit of squealing at the first years and just generally fangirling over scenes (and Hermione, bless her), I grab a packet of chocolate digestives, a cup of tea, and curl up in my bed to read a book I got for my birthday. Well, one of the many. Throne of Glass was a book my closest friend at primary school had gotten me into, and she had sent me the entire complete series up as a gift from London where she moved to at the end of year 6. I miss her a lot, but it was amazing that I could enjoy rereading them all over again. I was about to start the first chapter when one of my cats, Ash, padded into my room. Ash was the dark, silent one that slept through pretty much everything, including the latest episode of Sherlock (he honestly misses all the good stuff). My other cat is Puck, the orange fiasco that believes everything must be attacked. They are almost polar opposites, what with Puck never seeming to be able to get to sleep at all, but they love each other, and I love them too, so much that I named them after characters from The Iron Fey book series. Although, who wouldn't?
I end up falling asleep, fully clothed under my duvets at about 3:00am with Ash curled up against my arm and my now-read book lying across my stomach.

A slightly sweet ending here. Don't worry, this might be one of the last times that Rachel will sleep peacefully for a while ;) *cough*hint*cough*
