Clementine x Child Male Reader (HIATUS)

Not long after Lee and Kenny left the house, Clementine and Y/N decided to seek out the house and follow them. Y/N was reluctant at first but Clementine managed to convince him to leave with her.

"Clem, are you sure this is a good idea? I mean, walkers could drop in on us any minute now." Y/N says looking around him, revolver at the ready and a sharp eye on his surroundings.

"We can't leave Lee and Kenny alone, who knows what might happen to them. Trust me, Y/N. Please." Clementine replies softly, this didn't fully convince Y/N, he meekly nods and follows her to River Street.

When they finally arrived at River Street, they saw just in time as Lee gets knocked down to the ground by someone wearing a red hoodie and a backpack on their back, holding a mountain climbing support axe. She was masked so they couldn't see her face except for her dark looking eyes. The woman crept closer and grabbed Lee, ready to deliver the finishing blow to him before-

"No!" Clementine shouted, startling the girl as Lee looked up dazed at her and Y/N.

"Clem? Y/N?" Lee asks confused as Y/N revealed himself as well.

"Please, don't hurt him." Clementine pleads softly as the girl hesitates, looking back and forth at Lee and the kids before reluctantly releasing her hold on Lee.

Lee stands up and dusts himself off, walking over to Clementine and Y/N and placing both hands on their shoulders, assuring them that he was alright.

"You're not from Crawford." The girl says as Lee turns to face her, she takes off her hood and surgeon mask revealing herself, her short dirty blonde hair stood out the most as they stared into her dark looking eyes.

"Crawford? The hell are you talking about?" Lee asks confused. Before she could reply, Kenny slowly crept up out of his hiding place gun at the ready as he aims at the back of her head. Unfortunately, she heard his footsteps. "Kenny don't!" Lee shouts but it was too late as the girl swept Kenny off his feet, making him drop his gun as she kicks it away.

"Wait! He's with us!" Y/N cries out as the girl was about to strike him with her pick axe. The girl backs off as Kenny stands up, rubbing his wrist and glaring at the girl.

"Who the hell are you people?" The girl asks them, turning to Lee.

"I'm Lee, this is Kenny, Clementine and Y/N. And you are?" Lee asks.

"I'm Molly." The girl introduces herself, she looks from Lee to the children as Clementine smiles brightly and waves at her. She looks back at Lee. "You guys really aren't from Crawford, are you?"

"We don't even know what that is." Lee tells her.

"Everything beyond that point." Molly says gesturing at the massive walker barrier behind them. "When things started to go to shit. Some people got together and sealed off that whole neighborhood. Folks willing to do anything to survive, stop the dead trying to get in. I try to avoid them." Molly explains.

"Why?" Kenny asks.

"Let's just say they have a zero tolerance policy rule for anyone who won't- or can't -live by their rules." Molly tells him.

"So how'd you know we weren't them?" Kenny asks again as Molly looks to the ground for a moment then to Clementine and Y/N.

"Because there are no children in Crawford. Not anymore." She explains.

"What do you mean, 'no children'? You don't mean they...." Y/N asks not finishing the sentence out of fear of it being true.

"They thought they might be a burden on the community, same goes for elderly and anyone with an advanced medical condition. Crawford has always been about the survival of the fittest. That's how they survived, while the rest of the world went to shit around them." Molly explains, Lee and Kenny look at each other for a moment then turn their attention to to the big walker corpse barrier, same as what Molly was doing.
