Tord's POV

I sat in my office staring at my desk lost in thought. Drowning in my depression. Nothing new.. That is until my phone went off. Startling me. I scrambled to see who it was and it said, 'Kitty person, hooman whatever-'

Ringo..

I instantly answered putting the phone up to my ear "Ringo! I've missed you!" Was the first thing I said

Ringo giggled "I missed you too Tord, and I think Tom does as well" Ringo said

My heart jumped from the words "You're really with Thomas? Is he alright?" I ask worriedly

Ringo chuckled "He's alright Tord" Ringo said making me sigh in relief

"Thank god, I was so worried" I said

"I know" Ringo said

I laughed quietly "Is he there with you? I would like to hear him again.." I said, my voice quiet, you could hear the hurt in my words

Ringo's POV

I sighed "No, sorry. He isn't at the moment. But I'll tell him you said hi alright?" I said

"That's wonderful, thanks Ringo" Tord said, I could hear the smile in his voice, that caused me to smile

"Hey, just think of it as me repaying you for everything you've done. You've helped us so much. And Tom too" I chuckled "We're both grateful" I said

Tord chuckled sadly "I wish I could hug you right now" Tord said causing me to chuckle "Well, anyway. I'm doing better here. I'm still struggling without my little feline around" Tord chuckled "Reality and Syvia are able to keep me company for the time" Tord said

"That's nice" I said with a chuckle "How the girls treating you? Hopefully Reality isn't being to rough with you" I said

"Oh, no no. Syvia would usually stop her if she were to get to,, how do I put it..? Physical?" Tord said almost question himself "Anyway, she's a doctor, so she should know what I could and couldn't do" Tord said

"It's funny how you would take orders from your friends so easily instead of ordering them" I said

"I do my best to keep them around. I'm afraid they'd leave if I don't reach their expectations" Tord sighed "Still stuck on that old thing I told myself in the past" Tord said

I sighed "It'll be alright, Tord. I know you're strong. We all care about you. No matter what" I said "Just remember. Each and everyone one of us care. Even if we don't show it. It's deep down there. But it's still there. And still there is better than not being there" I said

I could feel Tord smile on the other side of the phone "Thank you, Ringo.. I really needed this talk" Tord said

I smiled "You're welcome" I said

"Well, I gotta go" Tord sighed "Hopefully I'll see you guys soon" Tord said

"Bye Tord" I chuckled

"Bye Ringo" Tord said before the line went silent as he hung up

I sighed letting my hand fall to my lap. I took a deep breath and ran my hand through my hair, pushing my beanie off my head for a moment

Tom's POV

"What are you talking about? Ringo? My cat? How did she get here?" Edd asked as he stood up

"Uhh.." Shit, I wasn't supposed to say that. I let out a sigh "That just slipped out.. She didn't want me to tell you guys..." I said

"So she is here.. But how?" Edd asked

I bit my lip glancing at Edd's door, I sighed calling Ringo from my headset. She answered almost immediately

"Hey Tom, wassup?" Ringo asked

I had the volume placed loud enough so the guys can hear. Tord had made the calling function really well. If I want to talk to someone and they'd only hear me and I would only hear them, I can. I can have it on speaker, or whatever, and I can control the volume of how loud they'd sound

"Heyy..." I said, you could hear the nervousness in my voice "I may or may not have just told Edd and Matt who you really are..." I said

Ringo sighed "What happened?" She asked

"It slipped out!" I said

Ringo sighed again "Are they with you?" Ringo asked

"Mhm.." I hummed

"Hey, Ringo, is that really you?" Edd asked

"Yea.. Haha..." Ringo laughed "It's me" Ringo said

"But.. But how?" Matt asked

"Well, Tord had gotten the engineers and stuff to build a machine to change me into a human. I've been like this for about a year" Ringo said

We were now in my room. Ringo and I sat on one end of my bed as Edd and Matt are sitting on the other end. I had showed them who Ringo is and what she looks like. They believed her straight away as they saw her ears. I swear. They make her look adorable. Anyway, she sat cuddled up next to me as I pet her

I didn't mind at all. From the few days we've spent together, I love her like a daughter. And she's so young, it's kinda strange honestly. But I don't care. I listened to her soft and calm purring. Now I'll admit, that's adorable. Her eyes are closed as she's cuddled up next into me

"Hey Ringo?" Edd spoke up breaking the silence

"Hm?" Ringo hummed not opening her eyes as she cuddled into me more

"Is it possible that you can call Tord?" Edd asked

"Yea, why?" Ringo asked opening her eyes and glancing at Edd

"Could you call him?" Edd asked

"To talk about what?" Ringo asked

"I'm just wondering how he's doing" Edd shrugged

Ringo sighed "I guess I can call him, but do you guys want him to know you're there?" Ringo asked pulling out her phone and turning it on

I looked at her lockscreen and it was a picture of her as a cat in Tord's hair

"Well, no. I don't want him to be suspicious" Edd said

Ringo nodded opening her phone. I was able to see her background photo, and that was a picture of me asleep in bed with her as a cat curled up next to me asleep as well. I could see the room we're in, it's Tord's room at the old base

"Who took that picture?" I ask meaning for her background photo

Ringo looked up at me "My background picture?" Ringo asked, I nod "Tord did, he had sent it to me and I used it as my background photo" Ringo giggled going onto her contacts

There only being people we know. Blue boi (Tom), Mr. Horns (I think we all know who this is-), Crazy fren of Mr. Horns (Reality), Doctor Lensile (Syvia). Edd and Matt aren't on there because she doesn't have their number yet. Anyway. She clicked on Tord's contact, which was nicknamed to Mr. Horns. I chuckled at that
