Kapittel 6

Tord's POV

"So, watcha think?" I ask Ringo whom is sitting on my desk

Yea, Ringo must've ran off because Edd wasn't with her. She literally came scratching at my door. I don't know if it's that I took care of her while the others were gone or she just wants to see me. Ringo just looked at me her eyes saying "Go to sleep" I chuckled and patted her head

"When I finish this Ringo, I'll go to bed, I swear" I said with a yawn

Ringo didn't like that. Not even close. She also hated when I overworked myself. So she bit my sleeve and tried to drag me away. I chuckled at her failed attempt. You gotta say tho, she's just a cat, a smart one that is

"Ok fine, I'll get some rest. But you're not going anywhere, so you're sleeping with me for now" I said standing up, she let go of my sleeve "But if you wake up, please wake me up. I want to finish this as soon as possible" I said picking up the grey cat

I walked over to my bed, setting her on it. I took off my blue trench coat setting it on the dresser before hopping in bed. The small cat cuddling next to me. Her purring made me more tired, so I shut my eyes. Soon falling into a dreamless sleep

-Time skip to morning-

Paul's POV

Pat and I went to Tord's office/bedroom, knocking first just to see if he's already awake. To my guess he wasn't so we'd just walk in. And I was right, he was fast asleep in his bed with Ringo sleeping right next to him

"You're waking him up" Pat said

I looked at him "Really?" I said

"What?" Pat said

"You're doing thi- You know what? Nevermind" I said and walked over to Tord, I shook him slightly, he groaned and his eyes fluttered open

He looked at me and a small smile appearing on his lips "Hey, Dad" Tord said with a light chuckle

"Hey, get dressed you need to go see Tom" I said

Tord sat up rubbing his eye "Oh yea, thanks *Yawn* Dad. And morning to you to Pa!" Tord said to Pat

Pat chuckled "Mornin' Tord" Pat smiled

"We'll leave you to get ready" I said

Tord yawned again stretching "Thanks guys" Tord said

"No problem" I said

And with that we left him to get dressed. Us going off to get Tom

Tom's POV

I woke up earlier so I just laid in bed staring at the ceiling. Off to wonderland. It's a fun place, you should go there, maybe we could meet! (Wow. That sounded so sarcastic-)

I was brought back to this horrible place called, reality, by a knock at my door. I sat up and got out of bed answering the door. To be greeted by Pat and Paul

"Oh hey" I said

Pat smile "Mornin' Tom!" Pat said

"Tom you would need to get dressed and then go to Red Leader's office. He wishes to speak to you" Paul said

I groaned "Do I have to?" I asked

I really don't want to see that communist

Paul sighed "Yes Tom, this is important" Paul said

"His office is down that way and it has 'Red Leader' on the doors, so it shouldn't be hard to miss" Pat said with a smile

I sighed "Yea, got it" I said

"Well that's all we have to do. So we'll leave you to get ready" Paul said

And with that they we're gone. I shut my door and walked over to the dresser. There was a uniform on top of it with a note on top, picking up the note and reading it

Thomas,

This is your uniform, I would be glad if you wear this for the time you're in the base

I sighed and placed the note on the dresser. I grabbed the clothes and got changed. When I was done. I had a blue dress shirt, with a dark grey vest. There where two circles on my shoulders. One on each. They where split in four two of the not straight triangles where black. And the other two where white. I had dark grey pants along with my classic checkered shoes

I took one last deep breath before heading out. As I made my way to Tord's office, some soldiers noticed me and looked at me curiously. Probably because I never was here before. I head over to Tord's office, not bothering to knock

Expecting to see something I never wanted to see. But instead Tord was talking to Ringo? Ok he's gone insane. Literally mentally insane. I quietly shut the door. I wanted to see how this played out

"Does this look good to you?" Tord asked her, but Ringo just looked at him "Haha very funny, but I'm being serious here. I need to know if this thing would actually work" Tord said messing with something that was on the desk

Ringo stood up and walked over to a frame on his desk, tapping it carefully then looking back at him

Tord chuckled "Yes it's for him" Tord said petting Ringo

"I'm sorry to ruin your fun or whatever. But Commie, I can tell that you've literally gone insane" I said

Tord stopped what he was doing then looked up at me "Eh, maybe so" Tord said putting away what he was just doing

"You were just talking to a cat" I stated walking towards him

"Well this "cat" is Ringo, and she's a good cat" Tord said patting her head "And plus, how long I've been here she's become like the only companion I've got" Tord said

"That's just sad" I said

"Thanks" Tord huffed

"How did you even get Ringo? Didn't you give her to Edd?" I ask

"Yes but she showed up at my door" Tord said "Probably didn't want me to over work myself again or something" Tord said looking at Ringo. Ringo cat glared at him "Yep that's why she came here" Tord said with a chuckle
