Jak stood next to the new car he was supposed to drive, as I walked in to see him struggling to grab a handle on this. Walking up to him, I set my hand on his back for him to shove my arm away. I knew he wasn't easy to talk to and this surely pissed him off. "Jak, I know you can win this." I told him with a smile.

"Did you know about this?" Jak asked with a harsh tons, not even giving me a look.

"What?" I was instantly thrown off.

"You didn't drink it!" Purple sparks of light bounced off of him. He turned finally and shoved his finger in my face. "I don't know what stopped you from drinking it and I sure as hell know you're not wanting to be apart of this." Jak accused me as my face turned to grossed out and I scarfed at his stupid blame.

"Jak, you know damn well I would never do this." I slapped his hand away for him to keep glaring. "You guys are all here and have to stay here for the rest of the season. Someone has to take care of Haven and Spargus so me leaving has nothing to do with giving up on you." Jak took a heavy breath, narrowing his gaze. The blame had no reason to be there and Jak still look unconvinced. "We can trust each other, Jak." I spoke softly. "I wouldn't hurt you on purpose."

"Trust no one." Jak repeated Krew's words.

Feeling offended, I sighed out and backed away. "I'm not like people from here. We come from the same village, Jak." Turning around, I started to leave the heated moment as Daxter walked by to go join Jak on the racing track practice course.

Walking back into the room I saw Keira getting ready up to guide Jak through all the course bull shit. "Aiden, is Jak okay?" She asked.

"He's mad at the world right now," I waved him off, "it's best to not talk about the situation." I told her, walking into the living area and seeing Torn and Ashelin leaving to go practice on another track leaving Samos and I alone in the room together. "Hello," I sat down next to him to see him deep in trance. He was meditating the worries away leaving me really alone to myself.

The city did need me, but leaving all my friends like this would be devastating to say the least. My question now was if I should stay or should I go? It's true I'm not poisoned and I could walk out of this alive. I had my experience in the racing field at spargus, but nothing like this.

Getting up, headed for the door and opened it. Rayn was in front of me, holding a clipboard and turning confused. "Where are you going?" She asked.

"The cities need me, I can't stay here if I'm not forced."

"I've seen you race, you're not a bad driver." She said, moving passed me. "Your friends are in trouble and if you feel like leaving them is the right thing to do, then go ahead." She moved into the room where all the cars where held.
