I left jefniers hotel room pretty late last night which caused me to be late to class. But then again it's my fault that I picked an eight am class. Don't make that mistake in college.
"So what happened at Jefniers last night and are you going back today" Stephanie asked me as we finished up our lab.
"Nothing we just talked and hanged out and nope he's already in Puerto Rico I think" I told her and she nodded. "Which by the way I forgot to tell you that I am leaving to Puerto Rico this Thursday afternoon and not coming back until Sunday night" I said to her and she looked at me a little shocked.
"How come you didn't tell me sooner" she asked me curiously.
"Last minute decision I guess " I said to her and she nodded.
"Okay class is dismissed" our professor said and we cleaned up our things.

Jason: Lets go out to lunch
Me:yeah I'm down
Brad:same here
Jason: let's meet up at Jacks in 10 minutes
"I'm going out to lunch with Brad and Jason" I said to her and she nodded.
"Okay I'll see you later then"she said and she walked away. I started walking to jacks which is like a 8 minute walk from where I was at. I don't have a car so I have to walk there.
After about a close to ten minute walk I finally got to Jacks and I saw Jason and Brad waiting for me outside. Jason noticed me and he cheered. I walked up to them and I hugged them both.
"Hey guys" I told them and smiled at them.
"Hey best friend" Jason said with a big smile and Brad said hi to me too. We walked into the restaurant well more of café. We found a booth and sat down.
"So me and the boys have a question for you" Brad said nervously which caused me to be a bit confused.
"Yeah what's up" I asked them.
"Before we ask you this we wanted to know if you have signed the contract with the sorority you got in" brad said to me and I shook my head no. I'm suppose to do it next week I think.
"Well we wanted to know if you would like to our fraternity Sweetheart"Jason blurted out and I looked at them kinda shocked but flattered in a way.
"Really" I asked them with a smile on my face. I am actually considering this because I do truly love the guys in the fraternity. They have been some of the best people I have met in this campus and none of them are assholes to me they are actually all sweethearts.
"Yeah you have been on the top of our list ever since we all met you before you two even had a thing"Jason said and I smiled.
"I'll email the sorority president and let her know that I am not going to take their bid"I told them and they cheered. "So do I have to go a specific day " I asked them as I took a drink of my shake.
"You can come the day the new recruits come if you want it's tomorrow" Brad told me and I nodded.
"Okay I'll be there" I told and they smiled at me . We finished up our food and drinks. "So what are you guys doing this weekend" I asked them as we got our stuff together.
" we are throwing a party celebrating that recruitment week it's over" Brad said and I nodded. " which you are invited to of course"brad told me with a big smile but I frowned a little because I wouldn't be able to make it.
"Damn I won't be able to make it" I told them and they frowned.
"Why"Jason asked me.
"I'm heading to Puerto Rico this weekend to go visit my mom" I said to them and they nodded understanding. "Well I'll see you guys tomorrow my next class starts in twenty five minutes" I told them and they nodded. We hugged and said goodbye to then and I headed to my Calculus class which I dreaded.

"I expect this assignment done by the end of Thursday night" our professor said as we packed up our things to leave class. Great another assignment to add to the list. I always try to do the assignments the day that it due but fuck it's hard sometimes especially when you are exhausted. I walked out of the building and started walking towards the dorm building. I then received a FaceTime call.
Jefnier calling.... I quickly put my AirPods in and I answered it.
"Hi" I said as I walked.
"Hey.. what you doing" he asked me with a smile on his face which cause me to smile too. I know I shouldn't be so lenient with him but his smile is too precious.
"I just got out of class and I'm walking to my dorm right now" I told him and he nodded.
"So I saw that you followed me back on Instagram" he said with a cheesy grin and I blushed a little.
"Yes I did" I told him.
"That's a good sign.. I also noticed that you got into a sorority" he said and I nodded.
"I did but I am actually going to email the president right now telling her that I'm going to decline the offer" I told him and I quickly excited the FaceTime screen and quickly emailed the president telling her I was declining the offer and then I went on insta and deleted the picture and then went back to the FaceTime screen.
"Why are you declining it"he asked me curiously and I was kinda debating wether if I should tell him or not but fuck it he is going to have to accept it anyway.
"Well I got an offer at Brads fraternity to become their fraternity sweetheart" I blurted out and he stayed quiet.
"Like your ex boyfriend brad"he asked with a raised eyebrow and I nodded. I scanned my ID and walked into the dorm building and into the elevator. "You don't think that's a bit odd"he said to me and I held the urge to roll my eyes.
"Nope, it wasn't just him that wanted me most of the fraternity did since I'm pretty cool with all of them"I said to him and I already know he's a bit eh about the idea.
"Are you excited to come back to Puerto Rico" he asked me and I nodded.. I opened my dorm room door expecting Stephanie there but she wasn't.
"Yeah I'm really excited and I should probably start packing because I leave tomorrow night and I also tell my mom I'm going so she can go pick me up from the airport" I told him and I set my things down on my bed. I quickly took out my MacBook and IPad which is where my notes were and I sat down on my desk and started doing my homework.
"No don't tell her let it be a surprise I can pick you up" he said with a big smile.
"Are you sure? I mean it's going to be really late at night" I said to him with a raised eyebrow and he nodded.
"It's cool really " he said and I nodded.
"I'll talk to you later I have to do my homework" I told him and he nodded and we said our goodbyes to each other. After we hung up and couple seconds after I received a message.
