Murdoc avoided his gang and 'friends' more often.

He went into the safe haven to sleep.

To recover.

Sometimes he would get Stuart.

Just to have his presence with him.

He kept quiet, as Murdoc didn't like to talk when he hurt.

He kept thinking about one thing however.

What was he going to do now?

Avoiding a violent gang, which is was practically in charge of.

If they find him again, he might have to go through testing again.

And since he created the testing back when the gang started.

The testing isn't soft, or small little hits.

You get your soul beat in.

And if you can still get up and walk after everyone is tired of beating you.

You get in.

Murdoc started to doubt himself.

Being in the Mental Institution, obviously he didn't have to deal with harm for three months.

He had time to recover.

He had time to...

soften.

Which people started to notice when he came back.

He remembered what happened when he showed his softness.

Somebody handed him a rock to throw at a window and he dropped it.

Which resulted in a loud noise.

"Damnit Murdoc!" One of them hissed.

"Sorry." Murdoc whispered while grabbing it off the ground gently without noise.

They all froze.

"What did you just say?" The one to his right said.

They began to snicker.

Murdoc sighed.

He already knew that he was in deep shit.

They started to call him slurs and laughed at him.

But since they were trying to steal things, they transferred their attention back to the window.

However, they didn't let Murdoc do anything and almost left him as bait because they tripped an alarm.

Murdoc was able to run out in time, since he had been doing this for quite a while.

He tried to split his path away from them, but they found him and continued to make fun of him.

Another bruise on the ribs.

He didn't fight back like he used to.

He was getting tired.

Emotionally and physically tired.

He wasn't filled with rage like he used to be.

Even though getting hit got him mad.

He was smart.

He knew that they were trying to egg him on, make him mad.

Make him lash out.

Then his mind would twist and he would cower away.

Making him an easier target.

Frustrated.

He didn't want to blame Stuart for getting himself beat up.
