My apologies for failing to add trigger warnings, so I'll try and keep it up now. I feel like they are better to have anyways, I love it when other stories have it, so you have more of a basis on what is happening.

CONTAINS: Mentions of abuse, gaslighting, injuries [PLEASE ADD IN COMMENTS IF I HAVE MISSED ANY SO I CAN ADD THEM]

After Hannibal came home,

he encouraged Murdoc to get out.

Be a better person.

Be productive, in a way.

So, he decided to go to Stuart's house.

Mainly because he kept thinking about Club Penguin.

Stuart was happy to see him either way.

But after a few hours of them hanging out, Rachel interrupted them.

They had to go to the pharmacy to pick up Stuart's medication.

Murdoc stayed at their house.

He didn't really mind, and he knew how Stuart got embarrassed having others know he's on something.

Besides, by Stuart's statement, it "would be better if he was in his house than anywhere else."

Murdoc obliged, smiling at the consideration.

They said that they wouldn't be gone for too long,

10 minutes at the most.

So, he could easily keep himself distracted with his phone.

And that's what he did.

It was quiet, but a nice quiet.

As if.. the quietness was soft.

But then out of the corner of the room,

he heard walking.

They had only just left a few minutes ago,

through the front door.

Not the kitchen.

The air grew cold, sharp.

He kept his head down, maybe hoping he could go unnoticed.

It was strange, he was having the same reaction he would with Sebastian.

It made sense to him because he was usually home alone,

and when he heard noises like that, he would react that way.

He loosened up, thinking it was just a learned reflex.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing... to worry about.

The steps got closer, and he figured that he would have to have an awkward conversation.

He was too anxious to remember if Stuart had siblings or not.

But even if he did, it wasn't who it was.

The steps stopped.

"Oh, hey Murdoc." David chuckled a fake, dad chuckle.

"You scared me."

Murdoc slowly looked up, but not creating eye contact.

He's heard enough about him.

From Stuart's perspective, he isn't the greatest person.

And he couldn't stand knowing that he lived with him.
